The store is clean and well organized... I always find something that I need and the staff is very helpful. But I mostly come here for the classes! Bertie is amazing! She is helpful and encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about all Michaels products and how to use them. If youre trying to choose which Michaels to attend for a class, I strongly recommend coming here!

I had several employees help me. One seemed a little put off about helping me but the other woman was polite, professional, and helpful. She even went and got me a cart because my basket was full. Cashier was also very friendly. I couldnt find one thing i was looking for but didnt want to go back and ask the crabby woman. Overall pretty good.

Everytime I go to this Michaels store, I can never seem to come out with everything I wanted from my shopping list. The staff dont seem to know where things are, and theyre always out of stock of one thing or another. Frustrating and disappointing. The store in Shakopee is where Ill be going from now on.

I will give the older lady that works in the framing department 5 stars , but the long hair kid that was working the framing department yesterday is a rude doesnt help out. Acts like he better than you kid. Never go back if hes working . I would only go there if the older ladys working!!!

I like Michaels because they have a great selection of things I cant find elsewhere, and they have more reasonable prices than other hobby stores. Theyre also consistent with what they carry all over the country the way stores like Target are.

Super rude lady manager! Didnt get her name but she has a nose piercing. Insulted my son and I. Crazy they would make such a brash, mean person in charge. Guess Ill be going to another store where they know how to treat coustmers:(

Hard to find staff that is polite. Everytime I go in with a coupon that I read the fine print on, coupon still isnt honored. The only way coupons are honored is if a manager rings me out

Good selection of nik-nacky stuff. Friendly staff. Of course, everything way overpriced - but expected for this type of store - its the nature of the beast.

I dont mind spending money but customer service is always a big thing for me. The past few times I went the employees were grumpy so I avoid going there now.
