Ive had one to many bad experiences at Jo-Ann Fabrics. I took a picture in to the framing department to get mounted on foam board. Unfortunately the associate mounted the photo with the image glued to the foam instead of putting glue on the back of the image and gluing it to the foam board so that it was visible. The department manager and store manager said that he was going to find a similar image for me and have it mounted but he never came through for me and I just let it go. On a different occasion I asked for an additional discount on some damaged merchandise and the Manager (a different manager) agreed to give me 40% off. The manager told the cashier how to take the discount and left me with the cashier to complete my purchase. The cashier proceeded to ask me to provide my 40% off coupon. I quickly realized that the 40% coupon was available to anyone that provided it on their smartphone. In other words the manager did not provide me with any additional discount for the damaged merchandise. Later I noticed that my receipt was marked as not returnable merchandise. Youre better off going to Hobby Lobby.

This is a great Jo-Anns, with very friendly and helpful people. I have shopped here often for sewing supplies but this trip I came for the framing center. I had a very important document to frame with an additional piece that needed a shadow box treatment. The gentleman who helped me in the framing department was wonderful! He took a very genuine interest in helping me get exactly the look I wanted and he hand-built the shadow box portion for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a lot of great suggestions. I am very glad I had my item professionally framed and cannot express enough how happy I am with the results!

I have been in other jo-anns before. And they where of more help. I walked in here, asked where a certain kind of fabric was. And the woman snarned her nose at me. And said at the end of the roller aisles. Then said I need to take a number for help. If you need any more help. You had like maybe 10 people in the whole store. And I have to take a number. Like Im at the dmv. Im sorry to sound like Im ranting. But she was quite rude, and the lack of fabric organization. But my experience tells me one thing. If Im need fabric, etc I will go to hancocks or hobby lobby.

The only saving grace here is the friendly cashiers. Fabric counter people have been rude both times I was in. Complaining about their jobs, my fabric was cut waaaaay short this time on several different cuts. I paid for 1/8 yard, in some spots the cuts measure less than 1/2 of that. I drive from far away because they have the specialty fabrics I need. Might as well drive another 20 min to the next closest fabric store. This one has been horrible for fabric. Store very busy both times I was in. No excuse for short cuts on fabric and complaining employees.

This store is terrible... the employees look like they hate their jobs and there is NEVER anyone who can help you with anything when I go to this location. Seems like this JoAnns needs new management because you can definitely see when management is non-existent(it shows in the employees)... Ill be taking my money to Hobby Lobby from now on because at least I can be sure Ill have friendly and helpful faces there to assist me.

Jo-Anns has more than an excellent assortment of fabrics and craft supplies. They have decor for every holiday and every home style. Having a wedding, check out Jo-Anns array of wedding accoutrements. Need a picture frames, check out the ready made frames or talk to the people at the custom frame center. We go there for just about everything for our home.

I was going to give this place a 2 because no one greeted us or asked us if we needed help when we came in and it was our first time. However after talking to Mary, the cashier, I decided to give 4 stars because of her kindness and smile. I think other employees could mimic her awesome customer service!!

It is always nice to have an alternative place to shop over Hobby Lobby. Go to Jo-anns. They are friendly and dont force their staff to pay for their own birth control. In fact they stay out of the sex life of their employees all together which probably adds to why their staff is so friendly

Crafts, crafts and more crafts. I love this place, except when it comes to spending all of the money I have. I love that they let you use other stores coupons. If you buy 5 things at regular prices, you can use 5 different coupons from their store and Michaels, Hobby Lobby. Amazing.

There was a very very disrespectful old worker there. She would sneak up behind me and would tell me to get out of the store if I wasnt going to make a purchase. At the end, I left the store in madness and after y departure the lady flipped me off through the window.

They used to honor multiple coupons and now they dont. They are more expensive than Hobby Lobby so the coupons helped. Plus, one coupon for a knitting and crochet project is useless. It only applies to one skein of yarn.
