I am a frequent flyer to this particular Hobby Lobby. I called this morning looking for a certain fabric thats been a little hard to find for me (which is why I called & not driven to 10 different fabric stores). After asking the woman on the phone if they carried it she let out a big sigh & just told me to hold on. When she came back (they did happen to have what I was looking for) she rambled off the colors. When I thanked her for checking she just hung up. Management needs to teach her some phone skills for sure! I will continue to check stores & ONLY get my material there if its a last resort due to her attitude & horrible phone skills. They open at 9am, I called before 9:30am, how bad of a day could she be having in just 30 minutes of being open?

Hobby Lobby has been a long time love of mine. This location is no exception. Its clean and well stocked.However, I have grown increasingly irritated by the mark-up/sale game thats being played. I used to be able to score a good deal on items with the coupons that came to my email. Now EVERYTHING seems to be on sale all the time (at least 30%) so you cant use the 50% off coupon. That being said, the prices have continued to increase on almost every item in the store.Example: A water color palette for kids runs $8.99 (the same at another BIG box store runs $2.99) Even if I was able to use the coupon I would be spending more.I would like to see a more honest approach from a Christian based business.

larger store with lots of selection we go here every year for Christmas decorations they usually start stocking early fall and have a lot of sales just before Christmas, you can find both religious and secular themed decorations here and even some cross over which is nice. My sister got married about 6 months back and this was the go to place for most of here decorations

I just called to see if they have the product that I need. They answered the phone and immedately put me on hold. They didnt ask, the phone was answered and I immedately heard on hold music. Im sure the store is great but dont bother calling with questions.

Much smaller than the other Northland store (in Gladstone), but the dance great service and reasonable selection. Unfortunately, they have very little in the department of stretch knits, either for special occasion or otherwise. Back to joann for me. :-(

Poor customer service. Employees have trouble locating items from customer questions. Poor selection of fine art supplies. Friendly cashiers. For a better art supply shopping experience, try Artist and Craftsman supply, Creative Coldsnow, or Blick.

Great Place for all that is considered arts n crafts. My big complaint is that theyre a Christian establishment and are not open on Sundays when most people who are off for the weekend cannot go shop.
