Two weeks ago I took some artwork into the Hobby Lobby in Mission, KS to have framed. I requested for all 3 pieces to be floated on White board. They had to order the stuff needed to do so and our pickup date was the 13th(today). I went into the pick them up and when they were brought out, I noticed that the were not floated as requested. When I brought this to the attention to the guy working the framing department, he started to argue and tell me that I must not have requested this (This was not my first time taking these pieces of art to a framing shop and I requested them to be floated at each one). He did say he was able to fix them but that it may take a few more days before he could get to them(I already waited two weeks) so I decided to take them as they were. Then when I got them home, I noticed all of the corners of the three frames are broken and chipped. This has been a horrible experience and I would say "you get what you paid for" but I paid almost $300 to have these done. This has been a horrible experience. I was so excited to have this artwork framed, only for it to be overshadowed by horrible work and customer service. I would not suggest to anyone wanting to have art framed to use you!

I have consistently had good experiences at this Hobby Lobby. The store is well-managed by effective and welcoming professionals. While I shop throughout the store, I spend most of my time in fabrics and framing. I cant speak highly enough of the associates in the store, so I jazz Alice, Kelly, the I cant speak highly enough of the associates in the store, such as Alice, Kelly, and Elisha, all of whom have provided is the best customer service I have ever had in any store. My only complaint, and Im reaching here, is that they are sometimes sticklers for the corporate rules about coupons so I cant stack them like I do at JoAnn. But. In every other way they shine. I cant tell you how many times what of these amazing associate, leads, or managers have gone out of their way to help me with everything from choosing great styles to special orders and everything in between (the manager even cut fabric for me because I was in a hurry - this is not a normal occurrence from a retail veteran like myself). I dont typically leave reviews, bye I couldnt believe that this store didnt have five stars so I thought I had to leave one.

Terrible service!! I called ahead and asked them to hold an item for me! I arrived at the store @ 8:03 ( I said I was running late) and they wouldnt let me in! I am a business owner myself and would happily accommodate a customer of mine by waiting an extra 3 minutes. No such accommodations here! Terrible service!

Got home and realized that the cashier rang me up for the same item TWICE! Once at regular price and then once at the sale price. So, I paid 3x what I should have for this item. Going back today to see if it can be fixed... I appreciate shopping at a place where I dont have to check the work of the employees.

There was a mishap over the phone, so when I came in the store, what I was looking for was not displayed yet. The manager himself went to the back room and looked through the boxes until he found the exact item # I was looking for. I really appreciated that and thought that was excellent customer service.

This is a newer Hobby Lobby, with the same product selection of their other locations but with a nicer layout. Hobby Lobby as a company has strugled with the quality control of some of their items, with scratches, nicks, and other imperfections present on many of rhe decor items.

I know the holidays are just around the corner.....and good help is hard to find......but please open another cash register before the line of 6 becomes to unruly and we will compare the wait there to that of the US Post Office. Lets think customer service please.

I went to the Hobby Lobby to try and find Art for our home. Everything was catchy and covered with gold or silver leave. I remember a day when you could go to Hobby Lobby and get some really nice pieces of art but that day has come and gone.

Love this store!! They always seem to have just what I need and the friendliest staff as well. The music is serene and the online 40% off coupon right on their website is just so nice. Ive never had a bad experience at a hobby lobby store.

My wife and I shopped here for our wedding decorations. They had some amazing sales going on, even some where certain sections were half off. I recommend this store for anybody who wants to purchase crafty things at a really good price.

Huge and newer Hobby Lobby store. Prices are on the high side without a coupon and checking out is slower due to longer lines.
