You will get all the craft items anybody can think about in this store. The prices are at a higher side though. Even after the in store coupons, you can get similar items at a much lesser price in walmart or dollar store.

Found what I needed and the customer service was excellent. The cashier helped me with my coupons and was very polite. This was my first time in Jo-Anns and I was supposed by the large selection available.

I am very fond of this Joanns as I helped in its grand opening two years ago. Its changed a bit since and most of the people I worked with are gone, but its still a good, clean craft store.

A bit pricey unless you wait for online coupons. Also check the fine print on your coupons. There is just enough selection, but not enough to keep locals from missing Hancocks.
