Just some feedback. I pulled in the parking lot and the open sign was flashing. I was unaware of the store hours but I did read as I walked in the open door with the open sign flashing that extended hours were until 8PM. Granted, it was about 7:59 PM. The clerk came from the back and I said, I didnt realise you closed at 8 but the sign was flashing OPEN. He did ask what I was there for and when I said a watch battery he said it would be better to come back because that might take a while. Im a business owner myself and if someone walks in my door at closing time but I have an OPEN sign flashing, I would have said, no problem, let me help you but first I need to turn this sign off and lock the door...you just made it in the nick of time. Perhaps this is just a training issue. But this is poor customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. T-Mobile was absolutely no help. T-Mobile referred me to this store, because they no longer carry batteries for their own phones. I havent had my cell long and for some odd reason the battery was struggling to hold a charge. I thought Id purchase a new one but one wouldnt be available for a week. I work in the surgical world and being without a phone even an hour was pushing it. These guys used their equipment to out a heavy duty charge my phone to get me up and going. Im sure T-Mobile couldve done the done but never even offered. This Batteries+Bulbs store on Manchester Rd gets Five Stars*****

Ordered a new car battery online for pickup at my local store. It was super fast and received a confirmation email that it was ready for pick-up literally within 5 minutes of the order being placed. Pick-up was also very quick. The guy even partially filled out the mail-in rebate form for me too. Ill definitely use BatteriesPlus again!

They were very nice and more than helpful! They replaced my cracked phone screen, put on a screen protector and new phone case in less than an hour. Great prices and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back if I need anything!

They have every battery you could ever need and if they dont have it they can get it relatively quick, went for motorcycle battery and I will soon be proud owner of better, longer lasting, lithium ion, also it weighs like a tenth of what a lead battery weighs!
