We came in a few weeks ago, were quoted $90 to set up that day, but were experiencing money issues at the time and said we would come back. We expected the set up price to be similar at least when we came back today, it was $10 more so we were on board and went to the bank to get the money and when we returned, the man that had just quoted us $100 had left for the day and we spoke to someone who refused to honor the price we were quoted 20 minutes prior since he could not reach the previous salesman. The price jumped from a low $100 to a high $150. This place is a joke. Never doing any kind of business here. These people are scam artists that just keep quoting you different prices until you just give in to them. Wouldnt doubt they are under the table charging customers extra. The phone we went in to get was the cheapest phone they have! Paying $100 for a crappy phone is outrageous enough...but then $150-$200 day of to set up with a company Ive heard nothing but bad things about, but decided to give them a try nonetheless, not my cup of tea. I had a lot of problems with other Metropcs, but the girl who works over here (im not sure ow to pronounce her name) was really helpful definitely will come to this store from now on
