Could not be more disappointed with this store and Verizon as a whole. My family had set up an appointment to upgrade our phones on a special promotional plan that would add X amount of money to our bill for each new phone. We came in for our appointment and were told we made no such appointment. They didnt seem to even understand the concept of an appointment, as if that was something they didnt do. (Even though we had called two days prior and set one up.) Then we were literally laughed at by their "solutions" manager who said it didnt even matter because they had pulled the promotion the day before and had no phones left. Even though this plan was supposed to run through Christmas Eve and our appointment was on the 22nd... We then called their customer service plan where we were given the run around and told there was nothing they could do. Just disgusting. We dont live particularly close to this store. We all twisted our schedules to make this appointment. One of us waited in the parking lot for 2 hours. And they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I work retail. I understand promotions end. I understand that things get miscommunicated. But you NEVER laugh at the customer and tell them there isnt anything you can do. You honor your promise and you FIX YOUR MISTAKE. Needless to say we will be taking our service elsewhere. This was the last and final straw with this awful company.

Ive gone in 3 times over the same issue with my phone. It wont charge right, couldnt get it to turn on all day. All they are able to do is refurbished phones. First time it happened was 5 months after purchasing the phone, they couldnt even do anything for me at that point because it was still too new. So I had to buy a $75 charging dock in order to have a phone still, that eventually didnt work so I got it repaired through someone else. Then it went out again, 4 months later. They then sent Me a refurbished phone out. Right Now, Im using the refurbished phone yet its having charging problems too. It wont charge correctly, but of course its not showing that its having problems now while i was there. So if anything happens after the 30th, i cant do anything about it because I didnt buy the extended warranty. If someone Is having the same problem over and over for the same type of phone, shouldnt you guys do something to help your guests? Needless to say, I probably wont continue with you guys once my contract is up. I know other companies that stand with there products. Its sad that you dont. On top of that, if it does have anymore problems after the 30th, then I have to spend $150 to get ANOTHER refurbished phone. I am not happy.

Just like almost all other Verizon Wireless locations to which Ive had the displeasure of visiting, their business plan is built around the customer being checked in and then forced to wait for upwards of an hour for one of their few employees to help you. While this is annoying in and of itself, it is further compounded by providing extremely limited seating. The end result is my six month pregnant wife standing around waiting to transfer a number to her new phone. I realize the idea of limited seating is to make you wander around and look at things to buy. Will the corporate greed ever end? When will even limited customer service return to the American business marketplace?

Verizon in Fenton has by far the worst customer service. I tried to call to get ONE question answered and she (the worker) was very rude and told me that she was to busy to answer my question. She then told me " I could call you back but it would be around after 6" which is funny THEY CLOSE AT 6!!! A little advice for your staff Verizon, When someone wants to buy a new phone and spend a lot of money on that phone, dont turn down a paying customer.

AWFUL!!! The woman named Pat who answered my call regarding a question on my bill was the worst. Pretty pitiful for a company who spends $2000 a month to receive such poor quality customer service. I hope to never have to correspond with her in the future. I thought calling for customer service meant you were able to receive "customer service"...So sorry to bother her!

What a joke, I drive 1.5 hours for the second time to return my 2nd note 7 only to be turned away because they have no "fire proof" boxes. I am done with samsung and I am done with Verizon. This is almost comical at this point, what terrible customer service all the way around. Bad bad bad

I was recently in the store she did answer my questions but didnt seem to do it in a cheerful manner. Young lady copped a major attitude, acted like I was more of an inconvenience wont go back. I will take my business elsewhere where I feel appreciated.

Been with Verizon many years and staff did last phone add with great service. Not the cheapest carrier but their network is more developed.
