WARNING - DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I came into the store twice this past month trying to take care of an issue with returning a Cell Spot that did not work out for me. The store manager, Ashley, had informed me that there is nothing they could do to help me. After speaking with customer care several times, they came up with an alternative solution. Ashley and her team lacks customer service. They could care less about their customers and trying to do the right thing. The first time I came in last month, they would not solve my issue, but tried to sell me more products and upgrade my current plans. Who in the right mind would buy more from the store who treats their customers so badly!? Stay far away from this T-Mobile location and Ashley!

Best T-Mobile store Ive ever been to! They know their phones like the back of their hand. F3 to L90, $168 vs $99. She, Donna, saved this lady $70 and got her a better phone. Thats focusing on customer not the dollar...Id come back her based on that action alone. But her personality, outgoing and approachable (and funny) makes her a stealable employee. Id want to steal her away and have her work for me. Live phones unlike trashier areas where its all fake demos bec of theft. Ive been to a lot of T-Mobile stores (my job has me traveling for promotion company) and this location was so enjoyable, even without seating like couch or chairs, that I had to 5* it. Employees know their shi,errr stuff and that shows!!

I came to the store to return accessories for my phone. The sales associate Damian didnt know anything. I asked a question about my installment plant and he blatantly ignored me. Also, when he tried to put a new screen protector on my phone, he ended up messing up the protector and did nothing to try and fix it. He and another sales associate simply told me that they hoped I was ok with the way it looked. I was not ok with it.

If there is less than one star, I would give it. This store is suck. They are liars, especially someone called Justin. The ups tracking that T-mobile had sent to me saying that Justin received my package but Justin is saying no he did not. He stole the phone. T-mobile recommended to send another one because the store is not performing the way he was supposed to be. They are rude and not polite at all.

Just called to try and cancel insurance, Donna was sarcastic, rude, and just an overall unpleasant representative. Told me I couldnt cancel something that I didnt want in the first place. There was no indication that I couldnt cancel it early and her poor attitude did not help at all. Go here if you just want to buy a phone but try not to get conned by the pushy sales reps.

Thank you Ashley and Justin! My family and I had some serious issues with our phones and bill. Justin was fantastic with helping us fix our phones and in getting new ones. Ashley was very understanding and resourceful with fixing our bill and getting us squared away.. Thank you both, we will be back!

Bad customer service is all I will say I dont do this review stuff often but I must say the rep was not really helpful and he kind of brushed us off. In the customer service industry is all about your delivery and it felt like he didnt want to deal with out our issue..

Of all the wireless carriers Ive had over the years, T-Mobile has consistently had the best service; that service has been from this location on Manchester. Consistently friendly and helpful, this is my go-to location when I need to deal with all things TMO.

The initial experience was fantastic, until the small print of the contract came to light 2 months later. Make sure you get ALL the information before you transfer over from your previous carrier! They will tell you what you want to hear!

I am using a prepaid account without data services, trying to update to a plan with data, they were telling me you can only update to the 75/mo plan. while I look at tmobile website and figure out I can do 45/mo with 1g data.
