Terrible customer experience and ignorant saffing. Not all of them. Getting a new service, the guy who was attending me took out my old sim card, and said to me "here is your old sim card from mexico"(I am not from Mexico) . They need to be careful by stereotyping customers, it might be cofused with racism. Next time I went to the store asking to get the iphone 7 through a contract, the guy said to me I cant due to my short period with T-mobile.I ask for another method of getting it, and the guy told me there is no other way to get it unless I pay the full amount, and I think it was because I look young, or because I am a foreign. I went to other store in Saint Peters and the staff offered me to get the contract from my credit score, which was fine for me, and I finally got the iphone 7. This store is loosing potential customers because of the behavior its staff is having. Unrespectful comments will drive the store to bankruptcy. Not all of them act like that, they have really other good staff, and they make the environment survible in the store.Otherwise, they have 1 or 2 that must be fired inmediately or trainned in terms of ethical behavior and morals.

I visited this location on Wed, Nov 26, 2015... the night before Thanksgiving. Since I knew the exact phone I wanted, I arrived about 20 mins before closing time. Unfortunately, the process of switching and syncing the phones was (a lot) longer than I had anticipated (no fault of Tmobile... I had a ton of data to sync). I ended up keeping Alex, the wonderful saleswoman, about an hour after closing. Having worked in retail, restaurants, etc., I know that customers keeping you after close are THE WORST! I, of course, apologized profusely, but Alex assured me that it was no problem at all. I know that was not true, as it was a holiday, but the fact that she insisted it was not a problem shows naturally great customer service skills. Her fellow employee (didnt get his name, sorry!!) was also very helpful, along with the manager. I hope that someone in charge sees this because great customer service is hard to find... Alex deserves recognition. The new shop is also pretty awesome, and a lot more spacious and modern-looking.

John the store manager and the entire staff were amazing to me and my family. I would love to go into long detail as to what happened and how amazing they all were, but this is not a book. I will say that I am certain had it been any other business and any other people, they would not have gone above and extremely beyond to serve us with all the hurdles and obstacles that had to be gone through. Not only was I impressed with all of that but terrible circumstances happened on my part and John again went above and beyond with what Im pretty sure any other store manager in his spot would not have done. I am not easily impressed with most peoples customer service working in the business myself, and being held at a high standard. I will say I was extremely impressed with everyone...EVERYONE!

When I arrived at the store I was treated cordially and with respect, after explaining the problem that I had with my phone and the situation however, the tone changed. My issue was not resolved and the error that clearly wasnt my fault (It was on T-Mobiles end), I ended up being blamed for! I was then told there was nothing that could be done for my account and the situation was handled...extremely poorly. I was also a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER that came over after 12+ years with Sprint. So, Kudos Veterans Parkway Store, I will happily drive 20+ minutes every time I need support for my phone to the next nearest T-Mobile Store. I will never give you my business or money again and I will let my family and friends know of my experience here as well. Customer service is completely lacking.

I been with T-Mobile for 12 years now and since I move from Chicago I have very poor service. My wife never was able to place a phone call. Call them to close the account and find out there is a fee , the salesman never mention that when I purchase the plan. I ask then to wave the closing fee and I was instruct to send an email to another department.When I call after an week to check the status of my request there was no answer. There is no T-Mobile coverage at all on my area and just pay for this plan for almost two years.Very unprofessional Company!. There is no respect for 12 years loyalty. I was thinking to switch service for a while, and got back when they improve the service.They make my think twice about this. Thanks a lot!.

He asked me what I wanted him to do after my phone broke. I told him I wanted a new one. So replied with ok so what do you want me to do? I want to get a new phone. Okay so what do you want me to do? Literally went on like that for 5 minutes until I not so kindly expressed my deep-seated shock at his complete lack of intelligence and how well that meshed with working in a cell phone store, as that was the second T-Mobile I had visited that day trying to get a new phone. Im not sure if this was better or worse than the first experience, they were both pretty bad. And I walked away from both without a new phone, albeit for completely different reasons.

One of the worst customer support experience ever. The store manager is never found in the store and the employees lie about. A few bad eggs there are extremely arrogant and rude. Unlike T-Mobile phone support where you will find decent people, these people have no idea about customer service and dont understand the value of customers. Apart from being rude one or two folks int he store seem read rednecks and bigots who smear of racism. T-Mobile management needs to do sometime about this particular location. Others are not this bad.

I went here with my girlfriend so she could get a new phone. The salesperson helping us did a great job, but his co-worker decided to act completely unprofessionally. He felt it was appropriate for him to call out to my girlfriend, a woman he had not spoken to, and tell her she needs to smile. What he said and the tone he used was no different than a man catcalling a woman on the street. We left upset, the store lost a sale.

Service was horrible! Went in and was greeted right away thought ok maybe my first time here will be a pleasant experience... I was wrong. I came in having a issue with my phone the sales representative had a smart attitude, he claimed he shouldve fixed it but no he didnt. Left with the problem on my phone still there and annoyed with the bad attitude from the sales rep.

Incompetence all around. They dont know anything about the products they sell unless it is the same as the phone they own. Customer service is terrible and they have no respect for their own corporate office.
