Why are all T-Mobile stores in west county has such bad customer service ? Finally after 2 weeks waiting for my warranty phone (lg v10) the manager decided to give us a new phone. Instead of saying thank you for your patience for waiting for two weeks he said dont expect a new phone next time . Excuse me ? We didnt expect ANYTHING! After two weeks, ten times driving back and forth its only RIGHT to give us a new phone. Actually its not even GIVING because we paid for it ! We went through customer service (on phone and Facebook) they kept sending the wrong phone . Again , its not our fault ! The manager Nick was like you need to call customer service and let them know you have an lg not a Samsung .... Uhhhh how is it our fault ? When you go to a T-Mobile store and purchase a phone and decides to buy warranty its the stores responsibility to put down the right phone , not the customers . Again horrible horrible experience with warranty phones , holy smokes.

I never thought that customer service could get worse than ATT...T-mobile proved me wrong. I can deal with the terrible cell phone connection and little to no data and phone service when outside the metro area (I had no service for 2.5 of the 3.5 hours from STL to KC), but their customer service is the worst. Before I switched from ATT I was told by both T-mobiles call center and the store rep that even though they advertise to cover a maximum of 5 lines that they would cover the cancellation fees for 8 of my lines, and a few employee lines that were set up - I brought an account of 17 total lines. About two months later when I went to file for the reimbursement I was told that the maximum was 5 and there was nothing that they could do. This is just one of multiple dishonest tactics they use to lock you into their "no contract" 2 year contract. Do Not Switch To T-Mobile

The manager Amber was so incredibly rude to us and all the other customers. We were there to purchase a note 7 and went elsewhere. I called to get her name and she hung up on me. I filed a formal complaint against her and I will call her supervisor every day until shes fired.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. One of the little guys at the front desk chased us away saying our visit to the store wasnt purposeful after I asked how much a screen protector cost. Before I could even make a decision...
