I have been going to the Bridgeton store for several years, usually to pay a bill. Each time, the staff acts like theyre put out by having to deal with a human. On Saturday, 3/26, I went in to pay my $55.00 bill. I was informed my bill was actually $110. The man "helping" me was insistent he was correct, and that my service would be interrupted if I didnt make payment arrangements. That was upsetting enough, but his tone of voice and body language suggested he thought I was some kind of deadbeat. That was infuriating.This morning I called the AT&T customer service number, where a very polite and helpful woman named Veronica told me I only owed ONE DOLLAR. So, are the brick and mortar store employees trained to be arrogant jerks, or just incompetent?? Im SERIOUSLY looking into a different internet provider since this behavior seems to be SOP for your store employees. Can you tell how seriously offended I am?? If this had only happened once, Id let it all go. But Its EVERY.SINGLE. TIME. If I did my job the way your store employees at the Bridgeton location do theirs, Id be out of a job.

total amateur night - i recommend for anyone w/ any sense about them to avoid this place completely. Theyre understaffed and "all thumbs" to boot. That is, from my rather unfortunate experience, the service lacks to the point of being unable to handle any more than two customers in forty minutes time and they act like youre not even there if you only wish to pay your bill. In short, they proved to be total unprofessional fools with no real sense of what it takes to satisfactorily render service to the customer. For shame, i tell you.... Stay away from this one; theyre so backwards that theyve got to be the only at&t location that doesnt have a payment kiosk; and, to make matters worse, they have the audacity to charge a fee of five dollars for payments - a not so small note that they may not even hint @ being the case until youve been sitting there for over a half-hour waiting to be serviced as a paying customer. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else - you couldnt get much worse service anywhere else, guaranteed !!!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PURCHASE YOUR SAMSUNG PHONES. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars over the years and always had great service. The one time I had trouble with my phone and was directed by AT&T to go there to replace my phone, I was told I had to go online only. This information was give to me over the phone, so I am grateful I did not drive there as there was ZERO ACCURATE communication. I was told the manager ZACK was out of town until Friday. I dont have time to wait, so I am filing a complete complaint with AT&T Corporate. You can buy your phone anywhere, just dont waste your time thinking you are getting personal service because once they have your money, your name on the contract and you leave the store, you are on your own. Just my experience, just my opinion but if I can save one person the frustration I am going through right now, it is worth it.

We actually just left this location, we went to inquire on a family plan now that our daughter is old enough we feel for a phone & lets just say we left the same way we went in questions with no answers. When we walked in no one greeted us, we had to walk over to a sales man sitting at a table & then when we started asking questions the lady that is working today barges into the conversation as if she is in a hurry for us to leave...so we left & went to another location & I will be leaving a great review for them! None of the things this location was telling us was anything about a family plan by the way.... just a terrible experience find a place with a more professional team.

Hi I got new I-phone 6S today from this store, plz find my feedback below. I met Mr.Matthew(sales person) ..I think he is the best AT& T employee of the USA. he helped me alot to get the best deal. I entered into store at almost closing time ...but he is so patient to explain the deals n he spent almost 2 hrs extra. I am very much pleased with his dedication and appreciate his patience and work. I strongly recommened this store particularly this sales person
