Bad salesrep sold a bill of goods that was a complete lie. Said we could upgrade to a free tablet (they will ship it to us), but said if we did not need it could return it to the store. Attempt to return tablet and after an hour wait told to take it to another store or mail it back myself (I refused to leave so employee took it and walked off). Typed up some paperwork and proceeded to next customer. When I called ATT (corporate number and call center) to check on the return, they did a 3 way with the store manager -- he was rude and insulting. Basically said that long waits in excess of an hour should be expected as they do a high volume of business. Did not want to acknowledge that we were lied to. Part of what I got out of this, is that it is fine for us to return the item to the store (even though I was told to go elswhere), that they do their mail only on Tuesdays. But he kept insisting we were told this. I was told to go somewhere else. I promise you I will go somewhere else from here on out including maybe going somewhere else with our company mobile plan. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I started the process of switching my cell phone service from another company with Shawn and I cannot say enough good things about working with him. He was extremely helpful and informative and made sure I completely understood all of my options and did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the services AT&T offered and was even able to help a friend of mine, who came into the store with me, with her TV & WiFi service. I will absolutely be recommending this store, and Shawn, to anyone I know needing assistance with their services or looking to start up a new service!

I wish that I had read all the negative reviews before I went here and was promised the world. Switched 8 phones and bought 8 tablets. Mike Roy told us things that were not true. When I called and talked with him he said well they told me you would have your visa cards within 45 days. This is not true...........every time I try to get information this location says they will have Mike check on it and get back to me. Never happens.....Dont believe anything that you are told. Wish I could get my old phones back and go to another carrier. A carrier that is concerned with your satisfaction after they have your contract.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service there is awful. When I first went in to switch phones- it took over 30 minutes for someone to wait on me even though there was only one other person there. I got an iPhone 7. Had the phone less then a month and since I got it I have had problems with it. Everytime I tried to FaceTime someone, they can never here me. Went into the store to tell them this problem and said I had to pay a 300 deductible to get a new phone or get it fixed. Will never be going back to this store again- I paid over 800 dollars for this phone and I expect it to work.

The people in this store got everything wrong! They misinformed of us of everything! After 6 months and talking many times the employee and the manager were beyond wrong! We will never go back to this location again! Customer service helped us and explained everything! They apologized for the store manager and employee not explaining anything properly! This store needs a lot of training on what services and products the company offers! Not just to sell you something so they make themselves feel better! Beyond disappointed this store represents AT&T!

Worst service ever I was told to go to that store by corporate and get a SIM card so when my phone was unlocked in 24 hrs Id have a card to use they would not give me a SIM card without the phone being active first. Then I wa gonna buy a tablet and they would not sell it to me since in am not the actual acct holder just an authorized person on the account a huge waste of time

Just bought a Iphone 7 plus 1 week ago problems with the speaker and wifi and no importanty have the screen is black and slowly getting worse been in a life proof case since day one and they just told me nothing we can do about unless u pay a few hundred dollars mind u the phone is a week old I have insurance I was told basically sucks for you I do not except this

This location needs to come up with some kind of check-in service. My husband and I came in and were passed twice because we werent standing right near the door. If you arent going to have a check-in system, your associates need to be paying attention to who is coming in and in what order. No one bothered to say anything to us as we walked out.

Good luck parking! Good luck getting anything! I ordered a land line and got a the WORST service imaginable!.. 2 days of waiting their 8am-6pm appointment window the tech to leave and 2 hours later no dial tone. Day 3, Who knows what this might entail!
