Today, 7/11 I went into Tmobile for questions regarding my Jump on Demand account. last week I also went into the store and asked about this. While tmobiles service I have not noticed many problems, my issue is with the customer service. For this big of a company, I can udnerstand that sometimes the training received differs from each location, sometimes the training isnt the best so things are missed. But the lady that was there at 2:30 pm had no care at all that a paying customer was coming in for help. She did not smile once. She did not give me any more information regarding the questions I was asking her. I asked her about the jump on demand contract, I wanted to pay the rest of what I owe so I could own the phone. it took me TWO times of going to the store for someone to CORRECTLY tell me why it would cost 300 to buy the phone now instead of the 100 that shows I still owe on the phone from my tmobile billing. As a customer representative, I except them to help me through this whole process and tell me things I should know, not just answer my questions when everything is new and confusing to a customer. We dont work there lol thats why we go to you for questions. Either she was having a bad day, or she really needs to get out of Customer service. TMOBILE- Work on the way you train your customers, forreal. Seems like there have been other complaints on cust omer service. Understood these problems happen. But no way do I want to spend all this money to a phone company and not have customer service help that cares about us.

The worse customer service ever. Very rude. I went to exchange my Samsung Note 7 due to the recall. They told me I needed my box, paperwork, & receipt. I already spoke to customer service & was told all I needed was the phone & my ID. They refused to help me. I went to my car & call customer service & was told to go back into the store. I did & the guy there continued to argue with the customer service representative. She even asked him to get his manager down to the store & he absolutely refused & just handed me my phone back. I had to go to another store all together. Very unprofessional & ridiculous. You should never treat a customer like that. Im having to exchange a phone that was recalled in the first place I shouldnt have to jump through hoops to exchange it. Apparently the employee at this T-Mobile believes you should & feel the need to upset you further. Will never go back there again. Ive been a customer for years & never experienced this level of rudeness.

Took over 2 hours to buy a new phone. Not sure what took so long, but we had to sit through a discussion of fast food packaging among the employees. Specifically Subway tuna and White Castle onions. We were basically the invisible customers who from time to time appeared and rudely interrupted the employees discussion. Just a warning, do not ask to transfer all your data from your old phone. If you want to transfer more than just contacts you will be shamed because your transfer will take up too much time. Also, some apps on our phones require wifi to wifi connection to transfer data. Wifi at this store is not for customer use. In the end, we left very frustrated when we should have been excited to have a new phone. I had buyers remorse just from using this store. We will never go back.

The employees are very nice and knowledgeable about the phones. But thats it. The second you need help with your account youre screwed. Might as well just call customer service from the beginning because youll be calling them anyway. They couldnt even find my reciept in the computer! Ill never go back to that store again. Save yourself the trouble and drive a little longer and go to a different store.

The stores atmosphere was welcoming. The Representatives were amazing and knowledgeable about the products and services. They were able to help me with all my questions even though I didnt know what to ask. I am so happy I went to this store instead of going back to the store I got my phone from.

They have no clue what the hell they are doing ! They completely screwed up my account and being transferred from one person to the next is a nightmare! Now someone has to fix my account that the young girl in the store screwed up !

Always a big mess. Their computers crash and it takes forever to take care of one person. Wish I was still in St Peters, because the office out there is very efficient. Time to shop for a new carrier.

Staff completely unaware of how to handle the Samsung note 7 recall. For three weeks, they just said to try again next week before finally referring to another location

They always help with me out with my phone problems when I have to go into the store front. They do seem a little inexperienced but in no way were they not friendly.
