I would definitely recommend! Great prices, friendly helpful staff, and high quality products. The batteries in my UPS died after a recent storm. I priced out replacements online, but didnt really want to pay for or wait for shipping. I called Batteries Plus, they had what I needed in stock and only $10 more than they were online BEFORE shipping. I had the batteries 20 minutes later. The new batteries seem to work as well or better than the original batteries when they were new (6-7 years ago).

Just left store. Needed a battery for my car alarm. I can put the battery in myself. Asked if they would put it in. The guy did. Then proceeded to charge me $10 for 30 seconds worth of work. When I inquired as to why my bill was so high, thats when he informed me of the fee. Not before. He should have told me there would be a fee prior to performing what I thought would be a courtesy service for a paying customer. RIP OFF!!!

I had a positive experience at Batteries Plus from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted upon entering, and was immediately asked what I needed. The battery for a uninterrupted power source was in stock. I also had an old Makita drill which needed rechargeable batteries. I left the batteries there, so they could fabricate a copy. They have in impressive amount of stock.

I cant even tell you anything about price or selection because I didnt get that far. The sales clerk didnt greet me when I entered, walked right past me without saying a word and then was clearly "bothered" by my asking him about the batteries I needed. Why in the heck would I give my business to a place like this? I left and Ill never return.

I have been there twice. The first experience I dealt with an older gentleman who seemed bothered by my presence. I swore I would never go back. However, a few months later I needed a watch battery and it is close to my house. This time I dealt with a younger guy who was friendly and helpful. I guess it depends who is working.

Ordering on line was a snap fast email confirmation when order was ready for pick up. Battery worked like a charm. There was a line at the store for pickup and check out only one person working at the time.

I had my iPhone screen fixed here, and the home button started to lift after two weeks. When I brought it back to be fixed, they did so, and gave me a tempered glass screen free of charge. Very nice!

I went to them because they were the only place I could find that stocked the laptop battery I needed. However, they wanted $150 for it, so I opted to order it online for $50 instead.
