I was going to give a poor review yesterday, after spending over 3 hours waiting while my att was moving me over to a business account. The slowness in getting such a simple, basic thing done was surprising. However I decided against it because the rep who was helping me was trying his best and I figured the slowness could be caused by att protocols and other factors beyond the att-stores or reps control. However today when I came to return part of my purchase (a tablet that was thrown in for a dollar) I was told that there would be a $45. restocking fee for it. I was justifiably upset, because while sitting for such a long time yesterday, the agent didnt ever mention that. I had told him I was unfamiliar with tablets and so he spent some time explaining it. He said I could try it and return it if it didnt work out. But not once did he mention that there was a restocking fee to return it. I could have tried it in the store during my long wait. That is something that the agent could improve upon. His managers only words were, "it was printed right there on your receipt". Hmmmm. Who reads the receipt? Its the last thing youre given when youre done and ready to leave. This is not an excuse to not let customers know about something as important as a $45. restocking fee. Please improve AT&T.

First Bill recd was $90 more than "Matt" had stated. My husband & I asked repeatedly what the bottom line of our bill would be (we knew the taxes would be high), but that far off is completely leaving out information. In a 2 wk span I left 10 msgs for Matt with no reply. I even went back into the store, but was still unable to speak w/ him. We were new customers to AT&T, and will return back to our previous wireless company as soon as we are able. My first mistake was not reading the reviews, as I see my experience at this location seems to be the trend. Will ensure I spread the word.

Sales Staff: Ive had good experiences and Ive had horrible ones. They always have a hidden agenda to sell you something you dont want or really cant afford. And! Every time I leave the store I always have to call AT&T and have my plan modified. Somehow or another the salespeople at this location (its the only one Ive been to in the last 3 years) screw up my plan. I sincerely think its deliberate and they must get commissions for either removing or adding options. Ive got to go in today and really dreading it.

DO NOT go to this location if you require any measure of U-Verse help. They are utterly useless, and the manager could cares less as he is to busy playing with his phone behind the counter to even listen to his own employees. I was lied to about services being changed on my account 3 times, and being promised the world until it was too late and the promotion was no longer available to me. This store is horrible and the other reviews are extremely generous.

Ive changed my rating to 5 stars after dealing with the actual store manager Alex. He took care of me in no time even after his assistant manager Andrew treated me like garbage the night before. The staff is good and takes care of your needs but I will still say beware of Andrew there....he is just a terrible human being but I dont feel the store should suffer for his lack of intellect, intelligence and customer service abilities.

I would not recommend seeking quality customer service from this location. Either their employees are incompetent or the policies put in place by the company are so counter-intuitive it leaves the sales people unable to meet their customers needs. Im dumbfounded and essentially stranded, without cell phone service; extremely disappointed. Clearly, they dont value customer loyalty. Thanks guys! Cell ya later!

If I could I would give them -5 stars. Im a verry clearly pregnant & I had my 2 children with me when I went here to have my phone fixed. The guy helping is flat out called me STUPID in front of my kids & everyone else.. You do NOT call you customer STUPID. That was the worst service Ive had ANYWHERE. Needless to say we went to Arnold & they gladly fixed the problem.

Be prepared for extreme wait times. The staff will lie to you to get you to stay. They were supposed to add me as a user on the account so my wife and I both have access....they did not. They sold me insurance but failed to tell me I had options. For an extra $2 a month I could have cut deductible in half. To much bad to list.

I came in about a week or 2 ago to buy a new phone. I THINK the worker who helped me was Joe, not forsure tho, he was a small guy. He helped me a lot tho & he was very polite and kept me company while my photos & contacts were transferring over to my new phone. GREAT customer service! (: Thank yu.

Awesome customer service. Thats all I can ask of a telecom company store. We signed up for service and had problems with a phone two days later and they replaced it, no problem. We just switched from Verizon and the customer service at AT&T is noticeably better. Im glad we made the switch!

I was lied to and manipulated to switch to Direct TV, I have never had such a horrible experience. Absolutely every line item on my bill that was going to be discounted or changed was not and now my bill will be higher and I do not get the same service as Uverse.

poor customer service, they will help you if you are buying, if you call they wont answer, phone prompt will recycle and act like you need to get off phone and go through computer. The phone just hung up on me. GO TO VIRISION! I give them a 0

Too damn expensive! All of the competitors or sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much cheaper. At&t are always the last to push Android updates to your new phone. I will be leaving after I pay off my overpriced phone.

Deceptive sales tactics said he would match my sprint bill as it turns out my bill is going to be $20 higher per month they better fix it. Also they didnt bother to transfer any of my data.

This store is okay. The employees Ive encountered have been subpar on customer service although there are plenty of sales people there if you feel the one you have isnt satisfactory.
