I had the Android phone and had nothing but trouble with it. It got to where the employees new me as soon as I walked in the door. Verizon had sent me a total of 4 phones...exchanging one for another and with each phone there was something different wrong with them. Christina Lampert was especially helpful, in fact I recommend the store and Christina to anyone I know looking for a phone or phone service. I am finally set up with an Android 2 and am loving it. Everyone I was in contact with at the store was professional, helpful and polite. Something not found often.

i went into this store and asked do they and or how much they charge to activate a new phone. the store worker told me that it was $10 for the phone activation and $10 for the contact swap. i asked him was there a store that would do it for free, he said all stores in the city charge $25 and they was the cheapest. i called another store and they said it was no charge. i would NOT recommend this store to anybody, other than the bad service they have no accessories on top of all that he was very rude.

Went to this store for the first time today looking to replace my daughters phone and was thoroughly impressed. Kyle was so nice and helpful, We purchased the new phone and I plan on returning soon to replace mine. There was no strong-armed sales pitch or anything like that. He made sure we had everything we needed to make an informed decision on which phone to get and gave me all the information I needed for when I decide to replace my phone. Couldnt be happier. I bought a screen protector and paid extra for a warranty and when it ripped and I went to get a replacement they told me that they didnt have them in stock and that I need to go order it online myself at my own cost and an employee named nick at the Arnold store had an attitude like he could care less and wouldnt give me his managers name r hen proceed to tell me he cant give out his number. Do not go here

I dont understand why anyone would buy a phone from this place absolutely one of the worst places Ive ever been to. You walk in looking for a certain phone right away they try taking you into something else the phone you want to see is nothing compared to the phone they would love to sell you absolutely ridiculous
