I visited Digital Docs Chesterfield with a dead Ipad. Rather than charge me for repairs that may or may not have found the problem, they recommended a used Ipad, that would have a warranty, and is actually a newer version than what I had. They are finding me a used Ipad that is checked out with a limited warranty. I appreciated their candor in helping me save money, as opposed to them racking up big repair charges.

These were some of the nicest guys I have met in this business. Went it because I thought my charging port was bad, and they looked at it, talked about options and pricing, and ended up diagnosing it as having crap in the port, and we came to the conclusions my cables might all just suck. Some of the nicest guys I have dealt with in the electronics repair biz. Will recommend in a heartbeat.

All of the staff was very friendly! The price was very reasonable compared to other stores asking for a demanding price. The service was excellent and my laptop was fixed efficiently. I will definetely come back if I ever have something that needs to be fixed again. I highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a place to get a device repaired.
