*edit added because now they took $600 out of my account claiming I never returned the phone, over a month after returning the phone and closing out my account... with receipts to prove. I will never do business with this store or this company after how they treat their customers. Been with Verizon for 10+ years. Hannah was great to work with when getting the phone. Unfortunately after I had issues with the phone and went to exchange it, a different salesperson (Clayton) was trying to find any way to charge ways on damage. They found a minuscule dent and were going to charge me $35. It was clear they were looking for a reason to charge me for some kind of damage. I changed carriers and now paying significantly less, including with the newest phone. I went back to cancel the account and spoke with a different salesperson. This salesperson after hearing that I was closing my account said that original price probably will end up being $75 - $100. Keep in mind, when I showed this phone to a salesperson at a different store, they said there was absolutely no room to say any part of this phone was damaged. The current salesperson tried to use every excuse in the book to try and justify his actions such as, "they will make me pay any extra cost if its more", "my manager isnt in", etc. They wanted me to leave so they could charge me a ridiculous amount and I wouldnt be there to complain. I didnt leave and I stood my ground. Other people there agreed that is was ridiculous what they were doing, including a saleswoman who was beside us the whole time. He conveniently was able to get on the phone to confirm the original price after I stood my ground, after saying it would take a few days prior, and cancelled my account. Whether it is their policy to try and find reasons to charge you extra for no reason or I just encountered two employees who were trying to take advantage of a customer (I met two other employees who were very nice and helpful, so not saying everyone there is bad), but I dont appreciate how I was treated and it was a huge reason why I switched carriers. And as I mentioned before, I was with Verizon for over 10 years prior than this.

Went into this store on two different occasions seeing what my best phone plan option was. The second time I came back out 2 hours later not fully with everything I wanted to get out of this visit. At first Issa handled my situation but it was obvious he didnt know what he was doing. I had been there on Saturday and the guy I spoke with told me something completely different than what Issa was telling me. Finally I was handed over to a different person who made sure my situation was being handled correctly. Come to find out everything Issa told me was wrong too. I left with mostly everything done except now Im without a phone for 24 hours while I wait for my number to be switched over. I dont usually write reviews but because I was told two COMPLETELY different things is ridiculous.

Stay away from this horrible place. The sales associate applied a screen protector to my new phone that I didnt ask for upon my purchase. When I got my receipt to my surprise the one screen protector was $40!!!!! When I tried to return the protector they wouldnt take it because it had been open. Absolutely no help or support from the horrible management. On top of it all, the sales associate broke my phone case while removing it from my phone. So in the end I spent $40 on a screen protector I didnt ask for, and on top of that I now have to buy a new phone case to replace the one I already owned because the store broke it. Zero Stars

We went in to get new phones, and after spending about an hour picking out the options, we were told the phones were on order and would be in a few days later. We went back the following weekend to find the shipping status, only to be informed that they never ordered the phones! The salesperson suggested that if we wanted the custom droid phones we should just order them directly off the Verizon website, and then bring them in to the store after we received them, for an unspecified reason (couldnt figure out why we would need to bring in phones we already had...) Needless to say, we will not be going back to a non-corporate store.

My experience with this store has been horrible, no one greets you as walk in the door so you never know if you are gonna be helped or when. One guy actually just sat at his desk and small talked with a lady for an hour, never about anything to do with cell phones or service. I would rate this store a zero if that was an option, it was absolutely horrible, between the horrible customer service and no one there seeming like they know what they are doing I had to leave after an hour of not even being spoken to.

The sales person Jamie guaranteed me that I wouldnt use more than 3g s a month and Ive had to change my plan 2 times and finally buy a plan for 16 gigs a month. I did text her and called corporate but not one person reached out to me. I even told Jamie what a bad experience I had with my old carrier and I found out that the store manager was contacted but this person never reached out to me. I guess they dont care about their customers. Im dropping Verizon and suggest everyone else does as well

Third time Ive been in to Verizon to resolve reception issues with my pixel. The gentleman that helped me didnt even introduce himself. He helped me install a virtual assistant, and then just sat at his desk and was on his personal cell phone the whole time. This was after he tried to get me to upgrade a phone on my line, and unlimited data on my plan. Didnt seem to want to work there. Unprofessional. I love Verizon, and have always had good service- with the exception of this location.

Went to Verizons store to see if we were going to switch from Sprint and go with T Mobile OR Verizons and after having the pleasure of dealing with Alfred and William we didnt even bother to go to T Mobile and stayed right here and signed up for New service with Verizone. William was great and it seemed like Alfred knew absolutely everything about everything!

Molly was extremely helpful and even after it was closing time stayed just to help me I dont write reviews often but felt it very necessary to let everyone know how awesome and knowledgeable she was it is quiet a journey for me to go to her particular store but for the excellent customer service its worth it!!!

Extremely helpful with getting several issues taken care of. Took her time to help us compare options on a plan change, as well as helped to replace a cracked screen protector. Have had less than helpful reps in the past, but today was a completely different experience and was much more positive!
