Just left this store and was helped by Steven/Stephen and it was a mediocre experience. First there were several customers ahead of us and a family entered after we did. When Steven/Stephen was freed up he immediately attempted to help the customers who entered after we did. I had to interject to let him know we were next. Though Steven/Stephen wasnt obviously rude he seemed more preoccupied with the screen than with us... the customers. I went in to this store to get a nano SIM for a new MotoX, so maybe he was uninterested because our transaction lacked commission. Anywho! He didnt offer to load the nano SIM in my phone like the gents at my local T-Mobile store. Steve/Stephen even got on the phone before we finished loading in the SIM and checking that everything worked. So again the service wasnt despicable but I will be sure never to visit this store again...Ever! When will employees and businesses today realize the power of social media and the voice it gives to consumers, who would otherwise be voiceless.

When I entered this store I was immediately greeted with a pleasant welcome. Ian provided me with the best costumer service experience I have received. He maintained eye contact, shook my hand, spoke clearly, and asked me what I did for a living. I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with him as he gave me the service I was looking for, while also informing me of different services I may need without any pressure to purchase. He noticed my birthday had passed and wished me a belated birthday and thanked me for my service upon noticing the usmc in my gmail. I would highly recommend this location to anyone, and if you do stop by, ask for Ian.

Everytime I go to this store I leave mad. They are so rude to their customers, not only that they are pushy. I went into the store to buy a certain phone they didnt have it in stock so the "customer service representative" tried showing me phones that were double the price of the phone I wanted. Not to mention I was there to buy two phones. He was rude and harassed me about ordering through him very rude and Infront of my husband. I will never visit any T-Mobile store because of this disrespect. I would rather buy from their corporate office and will do so.

Online you look any T-Mobile store up in St.Charles,Mo all information found indicates that all stores open at 9am, but all stores in area havehours posted as 10am-8pm. Not all that huge of a difference, but my phone has a problem now. Problem is, NO SPEAKER OR MICROPHONE WORKING. Cant even call anyone to complain to anyone, but I sure can give the lowest rating possible & tell the entire world that off top customer service wi th T-Mobile is horrible. Cant find as store thats open before 10am. Will let you know how well this goes, sometime as after 10zm.

I have been going to this store forever. Decided to go to another t-mobile store just because it was closest to where I was shopping in the city at that time. Thinking all T-mobile reps are great, because Ive never experienced anyone bad at the Highway K store! Ended up having the worst customer service ever that I left the other store in tears. I will never ever go to another t-mobile store, Hwy K has been there for me for most of my 10 year service. And I will never sacrifice mileage over customer service again.

Workers dont tell you all the details on what you pay for, for example, they acted like I had 100$ in credit towards accessories, turns out you have to pay for them per month, acted like it was just free. The manager there is also extremely rude and will try to pull every dime out of your pocket. Broken promises made by their customer service didnt help either, if you can understand them. Would not recommend.

Bad staff. I was called a liar by one of the associates before waiting 2 weeks and filing a police report. Then, the manager found my order with a mislabeled note. I was offered no comps or any apology. Go to St. Peters to get a new phone. This place does not respect customers nor does it deserve business.

The people who work at this t-mobile are SO NICE. I had so many questions and they never got annoyed with me. They all seem to like their job and are very knowledgeable with all of their products and services. I recommend going here for sure!!

Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A few sketchy people work there. When you stumble on the few that are solid, it makes for a good customer experience. Wish their coverage was better.
