Just stopped in at US Cellular over by Wacker Drive in Dubuque. I walked in and some older big worker, didnt get his name, was a little rude when I was just asking a question. Im not from Dubuque. I only come here for dentist appointments. This is the 2nd time they have been rude.

Very poor customer service. Made to wait for more than 1 hr on couple of instance and still did not get a agent. On top their seating is not convenient (no back support)
