Setcom has always been a great help to us in day to day operations but also an ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL part of the horrible flood event in 2016 here in Livingston, Louisiana. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had all the services we needed to help our 911 call takers and dispatchers temporarily relocate into our Homeland Security building and even to recover from a network infrastructure failure.
