I had four lines through t-mobile, always paid on time, and bought my phones at this t-mobile location. I have noticed that as long as you are adding services or purchasing goods from their store they are more than willing to help you. However, if your are requesting help, or have questions that doesnt make them money you are treated sub-par. My most recent experience and the reason I am writing this occurred in the morning and i was the only customer at that time. I had an issue with my account and stopped by to ask some questions and hopefully get some help. Once I explained the issue I was told to call T-mobile myself as they needed to free to "do other things". So while I sat on my phone trying to deal with the T-mobile customer service, they sat on their phones playing games, watching you-tube, and talking to each other. Terrible service. After 20 mins on the phone with t-mobile customer service I was never able to resolve my issue and no other customers ever came in. I dont think I will be going back to this store. hopefully other locations are better as they will be getting my business from now on.

I have asked a few different times about Jump On Demand, hoping they might bring the promo back, and each time I have been told this promo no longer existed. I found out that you can still get this, you just have to go through customer care becuase not all stores offer Jump On Demand. So this was frustrating to find out becuase instead of the employees giving me the correct information, I was told I could not get this deal. I upgraded my phone and now I have to wait yet again to try and get Jump On Demand becuase of the lack of knowledge the employees have about this deal. I try to avoid this location when I can, there always seems to be an issue.

I used to come in this store often and mostly dealt Mike in the past. This review does not include him or the staff that was at the Wentzville location about 3-4 months ago. They were great but, the staff I have been seeing lately, now in April 2016 are completely rude and have been absolutely no help when I have been in. I have been a customer of T-MOBILEs for 4 years plus, and I refuse to go to this store. Going here is a complete waste of your time. I even almost debated canceling service due to the poor service, but the customer service care line did a lot for me.

I went in the store in 2016 to purchase a S6 and make monthly payment, Feb. 2017 I want to pay the phone off early, and then the Tmobile online rep said I have to pay residual fee of $100 if I want to own the phone. I was not aware of this matter at all when I sign the contract. They only told me if I want to pay it off early I can, but I did not be informed that IF I want to OWN the phone then I have to pay an extra $100. The Reps are nice in helping me, BUT poor informing me about the plan that I sign up for.

Nik and Jo were both superb to work with. Nik was helping me setup a paperless solution on a tablet but I wasnt sure if it would work. He let me try it and promised no hassles. He even put it in writing! I did need a completely different setup. As promised Jo, the manager, gave me no push back at all and a 100% refund even after I lost my receipt. These guys are honest and helpful. If you need service, try them first.
