DO NOT GO HERE. Went here to change out the SIM card for phone, and they didnt have the correct SIM card. They also told us we couldnt recycle a phone. Went to the ATT store over on 94, and they told us that our SIM card that we needed was literally the most common type. The woman at this ATT store on 94 said she heard many similar complaints from customers at this store since it is only an authorized retailer and not a corporate store.

The level of incompetence at this store is amazing. BEWARE: This is an authorized retailer, not a corporate store. The employees are untrained and you will be left footing the bill for their errors. Ive spent hours on the phone and in store attempting to resolve an issue to no avail. I was with AT&T for 20 years -- loyalty means nothing to this company!

Horrible experience courtesy of Ben and Jennifer (the manager who refused to even give me her last initial). Claimed they couldnt help my cancer stricken, disabled mother with a simple sim card... Gave a bunch of silly excuses referring back to an inflexible corporate policy that results in poor customer service.
