I was sold on the idea of switching to Verizon from ATT based on Verizons offer to install their wi-fi system, but the one they signed me up for wasnt up to the job, so they took it back and scheduled me for installation of their more powerful unit. THEY STOOD ME UP 3 TIMES. No show, while I cooled my heels waiting for their installer to show up. Each time they rescheduled me, they sent me to the back of the line. AFTER 7 OR 8 WEEKS WITH NO TV AND NO COMPUTER, THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY NO LONGER CARRIED THE TYPE WI-FI SYSTEM REQUIRED for my needs. Also, I went there with the stated purpose of getting the latest iPhone, but they talked me into a different brand which I hated. Since it was within the allowable return time they reluctantly allowed the exchange, but claimed some of what I had paid wasnt refundable. I could forfeit this amount or walk away in which case they claimed I would owe the full amount of the 2 year contract. They ultimately rescinded more of this charge after I went the excruciating route of demanding to speak to a supervisor to whom I gave the name of my lawyer. I couldnt believe there was actually a company worse to deal with than ATT. How wrong I was! BUYER BEWARE!

My sales representative John went above and beyond to clear up a problem with my iPhone 6 Plus. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. John and Kristen are the best!!!

Justin was very polite, courteous and patient. My phone had died and he went through a lot of trouble to retrieve my contacts, pictures and text messages. He also asked me several questions that ended up getting me some discounts off my plan. I wish there were more customer service people like him!!

Walking in I w a s instantly greeted by Kristen Smith. She helped me with everything. Explained everything until I could understand it. She was amazing. Everyone is nice and very helpful. They make sure you do not leave with an unanswered question. I will refer everyone I know to this store.
