Always helpful and always polite every time I had to go in. Recently discovered that they lied to me and a neighbor about direct t.v. we got stuck in a contract. NOW NO LONGER BEING SCREWED BY ATT. After 20+years with att cell phone I switched yo sprint. They have is new phones. They cut out Bill in half. I was paying $50 a month for 2gb of hot spot. Now get10 gb hot spot from sprint per phone (5) 50 total at no charge. Unbelievable we have not had a dropped call with sprint since switching.

I am unfortunately giving my AT&T trip 1 star. I would give them none if I could. Every time I seem to go into this store they are never able to fix the problem and I have to go home after wasting my time so the customer service on the AT&T website can fix the problem. I would never recommend this AT&T store to ANYONE. I had an issue today and it remained a problem leaving the store. As soon as I got home I went online and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes. Will NEVER go back to this store.

The manager Dana was dismissive, condescending, and rude. I was instructed to bring my device in by customer service, and she acted like since I didnt buy my device from her store, then I did not deserve service. Hopefully shell be re-trained for proper customer service in the future. At this point, I am hesitant to return to that location given the abysmal service I received.

I called the listed "local" number for this store. After multiple phone tree steps I was able to get a live person in the store. It would sure be nice if you could call the local listed number and speak to a person at that location without jumping through a bunch of unnecessary hoops.

This store has been very helpful and kind. They took care of switching some things 2 different times and have had no issues. AT&T itself is less than desirable, but this store has the best customer service hands down.
