Absolutely the worst in store experience Ive ever witnessed in my almost 40 years on Gods green earth. Went there 3 times. Bad uninformed advice cost me 8 hours of my life. Besides the time that Ill never get back the customer service is hideous. The entire time I was "getting helped", the guy that was helping me was constantly tending to other customers even though there was another worker staffed. My visit to the store was prolonged due to the poor customer service. Ive never publicly rated or written a complaint about any business, but my negative experience has left me flabbergasted. I hope they can use this negative review to turn about a more positive experience for others who might visit, but I will likely never return to this store

I was a bit skeptical about switching back to AT&T Uverse Internet, and as soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with friendly employees. The manager named Donnie, was very knowledgeable(I guess he has to be, hes the manager), kind, and treated us as if we werent "just another customer". He went over promotions and deals going on and did not pressure us into anything we didnt feel comfortable doing. He got us set up with the best plans and I would highly recommend him for help. The other employees all seemed very nice, as well. Were very satisfied with Donnie and the effort he showed to help us find our best options.

Was in the store for about 4 hours. The Cindy did everything she could to help me. Its not her falt that the people on the other end of the line refuse to do their jobs. And when they make a mistake they blame it on someone else. Cindy and Jake are always a big help. I just wish that AT&T didnt keep changing things. AT&T is the only network that works well where I live.

Walked in, no one even said hello..found and signed into a sign in sheet after just standing inside door for a few min without any acknowledgement, waited 20 min without a single worker saying anything to us. 3 workers in main room and not maybe 5 customers.. ended up leaving.. unprofessional

Place just opened and it sucks. Worker there was young and rude. Was trash talking my moms phone that she just bought weeks ago. Cindy, the manager, was in the back doing who knows what. Our worker had to go outside to get her. Anyways, save yourself the hassle and stick to Washington.

Went in to get help with an added insurance fee on my bill which I did not tell them to put on in the first place and all the guy said was to call 611. A week later, came in and stood there for 20 minutes while they were on their phones. Screw this place, going to washington.

Having been to many ATT locations across the state, have never had such issues as I have had in the Union, MO location. Despite it being closest to my location, will make sure to drive further to visit ATT again.

Terrible customer service, was initially helped then left waiting for an hour and a half just for them to say they cannot help me. Very rude as well. All in all I am very displeased and was waste of my time.

Closed half an hour early, locked their doors and wouldnt let anyone in. All the employees were all sitting at a table watching as I and another costumer tried getting in. Very rude employees.
