Went in after Christmas to add a new phone to my plan. Spoke to Jerimi about making my data plan unlimited. Was lied to and told I had to purchase an Apple Watch or UE speaker. Really didnt want either, but got a speaker so I would be "eligible" for the plan I needed. He then sent me home with 2 speakers and insinuated that he was giving me a "deal". Turns out he had charged my account for both speakers that totaled $300, AND I later found out I wasnt required to buy anything to get the plan I wanted. Supervisor of the store was suppose to get back with me weeks ago- you cant get anyone form store on phone. Going back today for the 5th time to try to get something done.

I absolutely hate this store it has a lot of unprofessional uneducated associates their that all they do is con you into getting on a contract by lying to you they are very unfriendly and do not even acknowledge you if its not enough associates working like on a Sunday and they never answer their phone I live 20 minutes out of the way so its very inconvenient especially if you make a trip for nothing then it causes me to go off on them in the store

I bought an iPhone 4s from these people with an insurance plan today I lost my phone and apparently they messed up something with my insurance and now after thinking I had insurance when I need it I dont have it this isnt a good way to keep customers the man told me I was getting insurance when i bought the phone

Was blatantly lied to by an employee about our plan during our last visit. Cost of the plan jumped from $300 to $450 in the next billing cycle when were told there would be no increase. Question everything every employee at this store says.

Poor customer service. Took I phone 6 in because it was locking up they didnt know what to do with it. Offered no help at all. They also lied to us last year concerning cheaper phones and plans.
