I cracked my iPhone 6s screen days before leaving the States for a year to teach as a volunteer in South America. I took my phone in and had the glass replaced. While having it fixed I heard the gentleman fixing the phone share with a trainee how not all the screws were needed on the phone and that he wasnt going to put them all back in since he might short the phone. 2 days later the phone screen cracked again on its own (I did not drop it). And also pressure to the screen caused the phone to behave oddly. I took it back in and explained. The guy, very nice guys by the way, opened it up and discovered that the screen was not installed tightly and also observed the screws were missing from their previous repair. They were out of black screens and given my time constraint in needing to leave the country--I settled for a white screen. I appreciate that they fixed it the second time at no cost. But now my phone does not function properly. I cannot make calls without using a headset or use any app that uses the microphone without a headset. The phone locks the second the microphone is engaged. So I paid boost 120ish dollars and now I have a phone that has mismatched parts, missing screws, and that can barely be used as a phone. The value of my phone has declined much more than it would have been if I just kept the cracked screen. I really wanted to like the service I received. But as it is I am stuck in South America with a very unreliable phone. Pay the money and send your phone to Apple when the screen cracks.

Barry is not helpful and is dismissive to customers seeking resolve to their dissatisfaction of their product. There is always a long wait and it couldnt hurt for him to have personality. I am waiting to hear back from the franchisee regarding a product issue that would no longer be an issue if the employee hadnt provided incorrect return policy information. Ill update when I hear back from the franchisee, Hammad.
