Worked with Leif Corrigan and Bobbie Lee. Leif is a no nonsense, get it done, advocate for the customer. Would recommend him to everyone. My son had an LG phone that was replaced 3 times and the 4th was STILL not functional (phone defect). All I wanted was a functional phone replacement for my son. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon, made a trip to this Eureka store where Leif made two phone calls in short order cutting through all the phone calls and "made the situation right". I wasnt asking for anything free. After his efforts on my behalf, I walked out with a comparable phone of another brand and was VERY pleased he was able to help us. He had an opportunity to upsell or ask me to upgrade my phone but was very honest in not doing so seeing that I was happy with what I had currently. I did ask about an upgrade for later and he recommended a more cost effective time to do so which was later! Thank you for keeping the customer in mind first instead of the sale! Great job Leif and Bobbie!

Verizon Eureka - Molly and Rashad gave excellent service when I upgraded my two phones to Galaxy 7. Very friendly and helpful. Suggestion - Store should offer classes after hours like Tuesday evening at 7pm. One week for Android phones and the next week iPhones. Offer the classes at least once a month.
