This store is a complete joke! I just sat here for almost an hour wanting to activate two new lines. The manager just kept trying to leave the entire time and the employee was so clueless. None of their Sim Cards worked because they had been checked into inventory incorrectly. After all my wasted time the Manager had the audacity to say she could be back in two hours with Sim Cards that would work! HA! I didnt get so much as an apology for my wasted time or anything! I guess I will go buy the Sims from Wal-Mart and handle the activation myself.

Went to the at&t thats located in the same plaza to get a new phone and I pay 75 dollars for 2.5 gigs. Decided to go over to Cricket to see what they offered and the sales associate named Nancy talked to me about how cricket currently has 8 gigs for 50 dollars. Went back over to at&t and got my account number and ported over! Nancy had me pull a feather off the wall and I got a free month of service! Nancy had great customer service and knew what she was talking about, will definitely recommend my friends!

Since becoming a cricket member Ive had acceptable experiences here in the store. They offer 4 individual phone line plans and a family plan all which if you allow auto pay will save you 5 dollars on your individual plan. They offer new phones that arent too expensive depndong on the phone you recieve.
