Buyers beware called ahead of time and they told me they could lease phone for 1 dollar per month. I went to store and they still told me 1 dollar per month via promotion. Received my first bill and found out lease agreement for two years at an additional 20 dollars per month. I called store manager and besides being very rude she told me that I only had 30 days to return or I was out of luck. I explained to her that I didnt receive my bill within 30 days. She basically told me to bad so sad. Will not ever buy anything affiliated with Best Buy ever again

I stopped by on Sunday, Aug 7 because my daughters dog ruined my cell phone. Kevin Allen helped me. He was very patient and explained all of the options to me. I ended up switching carriers and getting new phones and saving money! He also said if we have any issues to be sure and contact him. I am glad he is willing to help us after the sale. I hope this is the beginning of a great customer relationship!

I had an issue with my bill and went to this store where I had previously purchased a new phone and enrolled in a new plan with Sprint. Kevin assisted me and helped me to understand what had happened and fixed my problem right there. Im very satisfied with the customer service in this store. Kuddos to the guys that work in this place. They all are very nice and helpful.

I was the only person there and blonde manager was extremely rude. Every time her phone went off she stopped assisting me to check her text messages. She ended up referring me to the "big" store so that she could pass her problems to someone else. Skip best buy mobile and go your carriers store if you can.
