My husband & I came in here around 6pm the other night. There was a girl in there who didnt seem to care if she sold a phone or not as if it wasnt her job. She was very short, nonchalant and just rude. If you dont like your job please go look for another because customer service is not her expertise. The other guy was of no help. I called back the next day and this dude simply told me the phones are out of stock, did not try to provide me with any other solutions. There needs to be new reps hired here who actually enjoy talking to people.

Poor customer service. The 2 guys there were not very knowledgeable on cell phones and troubleshooting. They were impatient and more focused on trying to sell me products that I didnt even want. I left there with nothing solved and in a bad mood. And on a previous visit I was sold the wrong type of cell phone and all my photos werent even transferred. Thats something I had to figure out myself. If you want want knowledgeable staff and good service, I recommend driving the extra miles and visiting the Overland location.

Terrible experience. Raymond "offered" us a "Free" month of 3gb data for each of our lines. We get our bill and get charged the full rate. Promised us that our line would automatically revert to what we wanted the next month. Did not happen, now there are 2 months where we are being charged more than what we originally singed up for. Called multiple times, every time we were promised they would take care of the bill credit, still hasnt happened. Dont ever go to this store.

Liars! They didnt explain all the plans available except for the one they wanted me to buy which turned out to be the most expensive and locked me into a lease I didnt need/want. The monthly bill is much more than they quoted and my trade in discount is never deducted from my bill so I have to call in every month explain everything at nauseum and get a credit. This whole experience has been a fricken nightmare!!!

This store seems to pride themselves on letting customers Walk out. How is it acceptable to have three employees change a password when there are five others in the store waiting for over a half an hour. The owner of this place needs to re hire with some better educated and snappier employees. I have yet to have a good experience at this store.

I have had an awesome experience with Mel. I am not good with electronics and my phone was not functioning properly. He was able to repair it and save all of my data.I would recommend him for any needs that would come up with their phones!

Not sure if they were ignorant or deceitful but they (clerk and manager) tried to convince me that, when buying a phone online, T-mobile charges a $50 reshelving fee during the buyers-remorse period...just like they do. Kinda slimey.

Absolutely non-existent customer service. The store does not care about your cellular issues. Tmobile service has gone from A+ to an F in just two short years...and this stores service quality helps prove it...

Ive been here before and they have been fairly decent. Last two times Ive been have been terrible customer service, Mel is there often and has a terrible personality, not very friendly, overall bad experience.

Jose took very good care of me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. This store is great!
