I am redeemed. Heading to Spain next week and had some old AT&T phones that I attempted to unlock through the normal channels. Despite the emails from AT&T saying my phone was unlocked, the (helpful but clueless) people at Tmobile couldnt help me confirm they were unlocked and get a pay as you go plan with them. The helpful (owner?) at Phone Zone knew exactly what the problem was and was able to load up another sim card, attach the phone to itunes, and complete the unlock. Im all set now. Clearly this guy knows what hes doing. I had to force him to accept payment from me as well, despite it taking at least 15 minutes of his time. Looking around the store its clear people would save a bunch of money talking to him before getting set up with a contract for a phone through one of the name-brand stores. Once our contracts are up, well be back!

This by far the best phone repair shop I have been to. I walked in this store with a broken galaxy s7 and walked out with the same one lookin all brand new. As soon as I walked in they were happy to assist me and help by explaining the issue that I was having with my phone. They told me it was the lcd and glass. I thought it was going to be expensive but they gave me a very good price with a discount and free tempered glass. I asked them about the parts and they told me everything is OEM and original parts made for that phone. I felt it was to good to be true. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service and would recommend them to all my coworkers, friends and family.

This place is incredible! When I called a person answered the phone, he was very polite, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions over the phone. Being a smart shopper, I got several quotes on my repair. Phone Zone had the best quote, fastest return, and convenient store hours. The price, customer service, selection, promptness, and convenience of store hours/ location really make Phone Zone stand above any of their competitors. I was also able to mark a few names off my Christmas list with their great selection of products and economical prices.

Wow this has got to be the worst place to bring your phone. I own a repair shop and a customer brought their phone into my place for second opinion and as soon as I opened it, there was a sea of flux, solder balls, and botched components everywhere. It looks like they were using a customers phone to practice their soldering. Terrible! Now my customer has a irreparable phone. You guys really shouldnt charge your customer a diagnostic fee after ruining their smartphone... SHAME ON YOU!!!

Phone Zone went above and beyond to repair not just my screen but damage to me entire phone. They were very knowledgeable and polite. .. they even stayed late to ensure I would get my phone back that same day. This was actually my third visit in the last year and a half. The main camera on my Galaxy S5 Active had gotten pretty scratched up, and my pictures were all hazy. I was about to add a new one to my cart on Amazon, when a friend mentioned this place was right by my house. I ran up there, and they put in a new lens for $29! I am quite pleased @ saving $200.

If you ever have issues with your phone, you can go to Phone Zone without any doubt. The reason this place makes it different from others is the way in which you are treated. The technicians know what they are doing and more importantly they will try all options before putting their hands up.

Went there because theyre very cheap and fast. It took the guy 10-15minutes to fix my phone. My iphone 6 plus had a cracked screen so other places its more expensive. 10/10 would go again and recommend it (:
