Just wanted to give your employee "ADI" a BIG THANKS for taking care of me late afternoon on Monday, July 4. He went way out of his way to take care of me and did a GREAT job.. Please allow ADI to train the rest of your employees.. I called Seth last week, as he always takes care of me and he told me to bring in my APC 1550 Smart-UPS and they would replace my 4 batteries in it.. I came to his store on Friday evening to drop off the 1550 and 2 APC 750s.. I asked to pick them up on Saturday morning.. All 3 gentlemen scattered around about how to change out the batteries on the 1550... They called me 15 minutes later and said they are unable to replace the batteries, as they are glued in there and they cannot get them out.. I explained to them I have brought several of these into this store and they are easily replaced.. I was told I would have to wait until TUESDAY to talk to Seth.. I explained I needed it to keep my servers up, but was told I have no other option... I went to the store to pick up the (2) 750s late Monday afternoon and ADI helped me and brought out the 1550. I explained to him what I was told and he apologized and asked me if I was in a hurry, that he could change the batteries out right now.. I watched him remove the batteries (that I was told by 3 other employees, could not be removed) and with 15 minutes, I had new batteries and was on my way.. THANK YOU SETH FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR ME AND THANK YOU ADI FOR RESCUING ME... I APPRECIATE HIS AGGRESSIVENESS TO HELP AND PLEASE ALLOW HIM TO SHOW THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HOW TO RELEASE THE 2-SIDED TAPE THAT KEEPS THESE APCs BATTERIES IN THE CASES...

We got a defective car battery from this location. Stuff like that happens - thats life. The problem lies in how we were treated afterward. Two trips to this store to return this battery and the manager keeps refusing to replace the battery (1 yr old). Says we have to sit and wait two hours for them to "test" this defective battery. Meanwhile, we have a car that has to be jumped every time. For the record, its not the car - its the battery itself. If I could give less than one star, I would. Weve wasted hours of time and effort for something that could have, and should have, been routinely simple. Never again. **update** Took it back a THIRD time and they refused to replace. Still wanted me to leave it and make another trip back. I gave them three chances, which is two more than it should have been. I bought a battery elsewhere to get back on the road. BTW, the battery tested bad elsewhere, and it didnt take them two hours to figure it out.

Long Story would take a while. Short story is I have spent all Month of May (about 9 trips to store) trying to get an issue fixed but a simple charger port repair on an iPhone 6 turned into damaging my phone and causing terrible cell signal where I live. So in total I have had them thoroughly check out the phone and they have replaced the charger port 3 times but still my iPhone only gets LTE signal now. All the manager wants to do argue with me saying he cant do anything since i get only LTE signal but what about where I live which signal switches between LTE and HSPA. Still seeking resolution. Would not recommend for iPhone repair.

Have bought batteries for specialty items before and did not know that they also sold car batteries. Went to the web site and to my surprise found out that they did. The clincher for me was that they also installed them (having just broken my arm) called ahead and the manager insured that they would install it. Ordered the battery (10% off if ordered on line) . When I received an email 20 minutes later saying it was ready drove to the store. In 15 minutes the battery was installed. Great Job!

I bought a battery on line and got 10% off for bought on line, that was great, the price of battery are outrageous. When I got to the store and brought my battery in to exchange they immediately pointed out that I got the wrong sizes battery and new what battery I needed and what I was putting it in with out me telling them. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even tho I had to pay more I was glad to walk out with the right battery

Well if you have any trouble with your computer take it by the St.Peters location & let John check out the battery !! John in my mind is well qualified & an expert in the field of testing your battery right !! Yea forget the GEEK SQAD PEOPLE - R YOU KIDDING ME !! Love this place; so helpful. In here right now & Nathan & Dave are assisting me. Both top notch professionals. Needed a battery for Moms Roomba. Dad had passed away in February & neither Mom nor I knew how to change the battery for the Roomba... so Nathan did it. Thank you SO MUCH, Nathan! They have great sales & fun electronics, too. Hubby went there to fix phone .... initial estimate said needed new screen and battery. upon further inspection Adi told him it was only battery and screen saver,...cost about 1/3 of original estimate. We wouldnt have known the difference if he had replaced everything so VERY PLEASED to being treated right. Will definitely go back and let Adi help us again.

Time for a new carrier after 18 years of being a customer with Sprint. Today they wanted to charge me to do a simple little reboot on my phone. This is something that used to do for free before they were recently sold!! First they tried to sell me a new phone and then told me it would be $11 a month to buy an insurance plan before they would look at my phone.

Went in for a Streamlight flashlight battery. Sales consultant was unable to look up and tell me what kind of battery was needed. Instead he opened a packaged battery to see if it worked. This made me feel as though I had to buy the battery that was priced twice as much as what Ive seen elsewhere.
