(Firs 2 comments in here are from the owner who i used to work for) ( CAUTION) (IF HE PROMISES SOMETHING GET IT ON PAPER and signed by him) (IIF THEY SAY A SMALL ACCIDENT IT WASNT ASK THEM FOR PICTURES OF THE ACCIDENT EVEN IF THEY SAY THAT THEY DONT HAVE THEM THEY DO HAVE ALL THE PICTURES FROM THE CARS ACCIDENT the ones they currently have and the ones they had begore) Worst dealer 99.99 of the cars were purchased from an auto insurance auction really really crashed and in dangerous condition they buy them for a few thousand dollars and try to sell them for a price as if they were fine I was a sales person from there and the owner does not even pay the employees the way it is supposed to be... rip off! THINK ABOUT IT TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE AND MAKE SURE TO LOOK UNDER THE CARS MOST OF THEM HAVE OIL LEAKS AND IF THEY DONT START WHEN YOU GET THERE TRUST ME IT IS NOT THE BATTERY.

About 2 months ago, I purchased a beautiful 2009 BMW X5 from Western Star Auto Sales. I am very satisfied with both the car and the service that Western Star Auto Sales provided to me. The team was very easy to work with and they were very professional. They were also very knowledgeable about the cars that were on the lot. They run a high quality business. Moreover, the car was in incredible condition and the price was great. Other car dealers that I have been to have always wanted to play games and haggle with me. Western Star did none of that. They got down to the point and accommodated my needs. It honestly took maybe an hour from start to finish. I will certainly use Art and his team in the future again. It was a great experience and I would encourage anyone to buy a car from Western Star.

When I first called in the girl was very nice. However, once I got there, the owner was not there. They did not want me to test drive the car without qualifying me. I said that was ilegal and they didnt care. I asked to speak to the owner. They refused to pass me to him once they got him on the phone. They insisted on running my credit first. Then I said I was going to trade in a vehicle and pay the difference in cash. Then the girl started throwing my words against me. "I thought you said you were going to finance!" I said no I said I might finance. Then she said come back when the onwer is here. YOu cannot drive without qualifying first. She was really dumb!!!

Ill start by saying the only reason it gets 3 stars is because the customer service received from Kathy was great. Otherwise, the dealer starts off nice but it seems as soon as our 30 days were over Art (the dealer) stopped taking and returning our calls. The car over heats, the check engine light is on and weve had to take it to the shop twice. Mind you weve only had it under 2 months now. Weve had to replace the battery and now the thermostat (to stop it from over heating) which will make it repair number 3 in under 2 months. Proceed with caution!

Mario should win an award! So I dont have any credit I went in today after I saw the ad on Craigslist other car dealerships wanted me to put down a couple thousands or have a co signer but Mario made sure I didnt leave off the lot without a car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. I was a little skeptical at first because this would only be my second car but first car that I would finance....they really work with you and whatever your budget is. Thanks again Mario

I went to 8 different dealerships before I was set on a car. Western star was the last one I visited and I ended up purchasing a 2015 Toyota Camry for a great price . When it comes down to lowest prices and best financing options these guys were by far the best out of all the dealers I visited. Thanks Art and Anna for a great deal. I will be back in the spring for a car for my daughter.
