Do NOT I repeat DO not waste your time buying a car from these people . They are just thirsty for money. I bought my 1st car from here which was a 2006 Saturn ion. Had lots on miles on it , and when I first got it I had to bring it back to get work done on it , and they kept it for 3 weeks . The car was only worth like 4K i paid 8K . I was suppose to pay the car off in 4 years but I almost paid it off in a year in a half. I wind up losing my job at that point I only owed 900$ on the car . (Remind you I only had the car for a year and a half and wasnt suppose to pay it off for about 4 more years) so I was a very good Customer made all payments on time. I told them my situation about how I lost my job and that I was waiting on my unemployment , but I was still giving them as much money as I could even during my hard times. They came n took my car even though I just paid them way more then the car was worth. The car didnt even cut on anymore either . Since I had my car I had to put about 3k worth of work into it not including the 8k that I already paid them. For a car that was only worth 4K. Had problems with he car since I got it and they took it for $900 which I was going to give them as soon as my unemployment started to come in which was a week right after they took it . I would not recommend this place to any one. Do not waste your time or money here. Thirsty thirsty thirsty people not worth it take your money somewhere else!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible And workers are very rude , they do not appreciate their costumers, this place needs to be shut down!!

This is the most horrible car lot I have ever been to. Do NOT buy a car from this place. They have the worse customer service ever and they all about the money. They sell broke down cars that only look good on the outside. They sold me a bogus ass black G6 the Engine with out in a year I was almost done paying the car off I only owe a 1000 dollars. Instead of them just taking the car back & writing it off as paid they put me down for a repo and went after my wages. This place really need to be closed down and put out of business. You dont just take people money and sale them bogus ass cars then while the car was in their present at their shop they got a ticket on it & didnt even tell me. Bad for business DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.

I have purchased a card from Barnes Auto Group back in 2001 or so. Less than a month after I purchased the car I come to find out that the car was not drivable because the motor was cracked. I returned the car back, informed them of what is going on and they refused to offer any help. They messed upo my credit and after all these years I keep finding more things wrong. Even though they state that I self-repo the car, the goverment is claiming that the car was seized and now I also have to pay a handful of parking tickets and etc. Barnes Auto Group needs to be held responsible for their actions and have their business shut down. My biggest regret is that I ever purchased a car from them. If your reading this please save yourself and dont purchase from BARNES AUTO GROUP.

Horrible service!!!! I have had several terrible experinces with this business. They repossessed my vechicle, for a payment they claimed was missed in April, but they repoed the vehicle in August, and of course I couldnt find all of my receipts (lesson learned there). Most recently I decided to pay the remaining balance owed to Barnes, and the agreement that was reached between me and the finance manager Maragarita, was not honored on their end. The people who work there are very nasty towards customers, and are shady. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The whole experience with Barnes was horrible I bought a 2000ford Taurus with I them not 1 week off the lot the alternator went bad told Carlos he brought it to their mechanic. He was nice but horrible work was done the car had motor oil and trans oil leaking sapposedly they fixed it some months later oil leak was back again and after that the trans went bad and margarita in collection is all types of rude DO NOT BUY FROM HERE you will regret it

i purchased a car from there back in 2008 and i have a 2001 mercury lasable and i only had one problem but as soon as i found out what is was (alternator) they fixed it with no problems. i am still driving me car with no problems. Thanks Barnes P.S. I have also referred one other person there and they still have there car as well.

This place is full for blood sucking monsters!!! Dont trust them!! Do a back ground check on the owner and you will see how horrible they are!!! When you finance a car from them they put it down in the papers wrong! Dont trust them! a decade later and I am still suffering from my decision to buy a car from them

I went here in 2003 and I was looking at a 90 something car they were so geeked to sell me a car that they didnt even let me test drive it 1st then the car wouldnt start. I went to there other lot down the street and got the same car different color and a month later engine developed a knock............

I have 2003 Acura TL Type S. I love my car and smooth.. I was happy.. Since 1 years, my car broke down. I dont know where it. I swear they want MONEY!! Maybe they will take my car any day. I guess they will messy up my credit.. Next time I wont buy bad business.. I will buy real car!!
