I got referred to this place as being a great place to get a car so i went to go check it out. WORST place ive been too. As soon as i walked in i introduced myself to the sales rep but he didnt tell me his name... And im glad i didnt bother asking. Anyways when i walked into the building it smelled like cigarettes and it wasnt a very inviting place to walk into. Cieling tiles were missing, stickers from windows were peeling, and their offices were very cramped and empty. As i sat down i clearly told the sales rep that i didnt come looking to get a car, i came looking for information about a trade in. And instead he decided to go ahead and run a credit check when i thought he was gathering my information to get my car appraised. After he saw that i got approved he took me out to the lot to pick out a car when i had already told him i wasnt there to get a car. But i looked at the cars anyways to see what kind of a selection they had incase i did end up coming back. Really didnt see anything i liked. Most cars were too old with alot of mileage and over priced. When we went back to his office i asked him what would happen to the remainder of my balance on my car if i were to trade it in and get a car from their lot. And he responded by saying, "i dont know" because my fathers name was on the title. I dont see how my question wasnt able to be answered Regardless of whether my name was on the title or not. In the end, i shook his hand and thank him for his time and for what ever help he was to me. As i was walking out, i could hear him talking to someone saying that i didnt like any of the cars and that i was looking for something more newer. I didnt bother to pay much attention so i got in my car and as i was getting ready to reverse. The same sales rep came out to stop me from leaving and asked me to come back inside. I didnt know what for since i wasnt going to buy anything but i went anyways thinking maybe he was going to strike me some sort of a deal. I walked back in and sat in his office thinking he was going to get right to the point. Instead he told me to wait for him as he attended another customer i pressumed since they started counting money in front of me which i thought was disrespectful and rude. Considerig the fact that he pulled me out of my car as i was leaving to talk to me. In the end i ended up waiting about 10min. because he stepped out of his office to finish up with his other customer. So when he came back, he sits down and begins to talk about a car he saw that i was interested in. I had told him that it was out of my price range when we first looked at it so i thought maybe he was going to lower the price. WRONG!!! He literally only pulled me out of my car to ask me the same question he had already asked me before, if Id be interested in getting it with payments of 350 a month. I told him the same thing and said it wasnt in my price range! He said ok and that was it. Wow. Overall i left disappointed and more mad than disppointed because it was a waste of time, unhelpful, and i didnt even get the one question i went in for answered. So if you find yourself reading this wondering if its a good place to go too Im telling you no. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I drove home a Nissan Altima 2007 from this place a couple months ago.. Overall the car needs a lot of work. I had a Honda Accord 1996 that drove better and had everything it needed. This Nissan Altima that I purchased needs the AC fixed. It has been broken since I took it home. ONLY REASON I took it home was because one of the staff members told me while I was test driving that he would get that fixed NO PROBLEM NO CHARGE! So I took it. A couple weeks after I called back and he told me he would negotiate a price with me.. I had told him he had said they werent going to charge me. he told me the repair would be $300! I took it to my local Mechanic and he said it was only $180. Havent got it fixed though. I dont want to take it to the dealer because I have family that have cars from that place too and they said they get cars back till like in 2 weeks! I cant be carless that long! Seems like all their cars have problems cause I did test drive a 2008 charger and the Seatbelt sign and sound wouldnt turn off even though me and the passenger both had our seat belts on. Wouldnt Recommend.

Ladies and gentlemen! We have a classic "lets screw undereducated immigrants" kind of sche... dealer. Let me show you a little example. Take a look the attached picture with numbers for my financing numbers provided by them. We are looking at over 2k In fees and taxes. Sales person Mike wasnt able yo exolain any single one of those. But all those fees are a way for dealership to make money, so lets take a wuick look at tge bottom of the page. keep in mind that mike checked with his manager and said that Im looking at 26% interest because of my credit history, yes my score is pretty low, but without any serious issues. 42 payments $316 each. Even though I spent good amount of time crunching the numbers I still couldnt understand how total amount of those payments relaits to numbers on the spread sheet. Take a look yourself. As a verdict - obvious attempt to screw me over.

After a horrible car buying experience with my current car which was a very misleading experience. I decided to go back and browse around to see what they have because Im always one to give someone a second chance. Cesar was rude, dismissive and on his phone the whole time. I asked to take something for a test drive he declined and I shrugged and said lets talk price. We went to his office and refused to even run my credit or give me a price because I said I was looking, interested, but not "firm." Worst. Dealership. Ever. Theyll sell you an overpriced lemon and then claim your the one totally at fault for everything that goes wrong. However, they are good about making payment accommodations in terms of down payment, etc. Sign a promissory note and pay when you say you will. Simple and very honest. Thats the only good thing about this dealership.

Best place to get a reliable and cost efficient used car. Love the manager. He deals with so many degenerates that have bad credit and want everything for free and he still keeps a positive attitude. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I went on a Saturday and they grill for their customers as an appreciation. This place rocks. Dont let negative comments deter you. Its the degenerate, no credit, repo people who dont pay and want everything for free that write them. I witnessed an incident when I was there and the customer was beligerante and the managers kept their cool and still helped them out and the customer was ungrateful. Check them out Midway Motorsports is the only place I would buy my cars from.
