It is hard to know where to start and end. We very regrettably purchased a car from Motor Cars USA. In hopes of helping others not make the same mistake we did in purchasing a car from this place and due to their complete lack of integrity I am motivated to enter this honest review of a very dishonest estabishment. When we purchased our van from them in July of 2016 we were told it had been in a very minor accident. We were told it had been inspected and checked to make sure it was of excellent quality. Smiling faces nice gentlemen motivated to make a sale. We were also told that the van was a Touring Elite model. Within a few short weeks (approximately a month) when the check air bag light turned on we found out that not only had it been in a very damaging car accident but that the $2,000 warranty we purchased would not cover the damages from the previous accident of which will cost us at least $2,000 to fix and that is not including other potential damages that are still unknown to us at this point. That same visit to a real mechanic we also found out it is not a touring elite model, it is a basic touring model a cost difference of approximately $2,000. After finding out this terrible news we contacted Motor Cars USA. We were told for 9 months that they were deadly sorry for their mistakes and to make up for it would exchange the van for another one, an elite model with approximately the same mileage we had occurred on the damaged van they had sold to us. I called them almost every week and was reassured this everytime I called. They FINALLY found the "right" van. It was quite apparent as soon as we arrived to "exchange" vans that we had been lied to over and over again from day one. They are not men of their word. They are dishonest and only look out for their best interest. The boss, Tony, completely admits to their wrong of selling us a van they in reality they had not inspected and was not even aware of the model differences even though it should be their business to know. I hate used car dealerships. We thought we had found one we could trust but obviously we were wrong. Please, donte make the same mistake as we did. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM motor cars usa.

My Dad and I came across a used Audi online that I was interested in taking a look at. From the minute we arrived, we could see that the inventory here was exactly the type we were looking for... Audis, BMWs, Lexus, Bentleys...all very nice luxury cars as far as the eye could see. I immediately picked out the Audi I was there to see. Altin and his staff were very attentive on a busy Saturday. I mean there were many people on the lot all wanting to test drive cars at the same time. He was wonderful, staying attentive to my needs, my price range and being VERY honest about some of the cars not being a good fit for me for one reason or another. I ended up test driving 3 cars...the aforementioned Audi, and 2 BMWs. I had a very hard time deciding, but ended up picking a beautiful BMW. The mileage was perfect, the car was in beautiful shape. Now I have bought many cars in my past, and I know how long the process can be, but Altin, his brother and their team kept us engaged in conversation throughout the process. Nice group of people to buy a car from. They even threw in some great perks (getting the rims resurfaced to look brand new on my purchase while I waited!). That was above and beyond and made me very happy to be buying from them. They were also very honest and upfront about all costs. Nothing was hidden or shady. Even though it was a very busy Saturday (I counted 6 cars sold while I was there) this group of guys ran a tight and organized ship. Everyone was extremely attentive, and full of humor and just great fun to hang out with. Kudos also to Chris the finance guy for making the paperwork not as boring as it can be! I feel like I made a great purchase and absolutely will refer friends and family to see them in the future. I will also be back next time I am in the market for another luxury car! UPDATE 11/21/2016: Found metal shards in oil filter/oil filter housing I RECOMMEND NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!! Bought a bmw m3 maybe 4 weeks ago now been trying to contact them for 3 weeks no with responses at beginning and no response about anything now. Bought the car they reassured car was in great condition ran great service was done and everything. Got home with car checked oil, oil was darker than roof tar so i changed it. Noticed the service indicator was reset showing the oil was "just changed". When checking oil noticed a few metal chunks in filter and wasnt happy but i let it go now car is basically scary to drive and rattles. contacted them about what shop said problem is they said theyd see what they could get done and now been waiting 3 weeks for response. Customer service sucks they just want your money and im stuck with car sitting until it can be fixed.

Bought a Bmw x5 2007 with 64 k miles cheapest I could find, I saw it online it was posted on their website and went down to Illinois to check it out. Right when you walk in you could see a sense of professionalism not only in the way they treated me but also the way they take care of their cars. One of the managers there Altin helped me understand the features that the car had and recommended to buy a car that is perhaps a little older sport package but with less miles rather than buying a 2009 with 120k miles for around the same price. I couldn’t agree with him more, I am driving the car now, my wife loves it and besides the oil change the car is in tip top shape. I would strongly recommend to give these guys a call or visit their shop as they can not only find the car you want but also help you to make the right decision for you.

Let me just say that Altin is the man. By far the most professional and helpful salesman I have ever encountered in my entire life. He found me the exact vehicle I needed at an amazing price and was always available throughout the entire process to answer any of my questions. I will be coming back here for all my car purchases and seriously cant tell enough people about this place. If youre reading this review wondering if this "is just another one of those car dealerships" its not, this is the place you want to go and youll be thanking me later! 10/5 stars Thanks again Altin!

Motor Cars was great ! The entire group was great to work with. I ended up buying a BMW Convertible from them and absolutely love it. Great car at a great price. I did have one issue with it and Seth (Service Manager) immediately rectified the issue (ABS sensor needed to be replaced). I manage a large business and meet a lot of people, Seth is definitely a person that stands out. His customer service is second to none! I would definitely buy another car from them! Good job Motor Cars USA....keep up the great service and commitment to your consumers.
