I could not wait to get home to write this review. My Mike Haggerty VW dealership experience was like no other...it was AWESOME! I wish everyone could experience the type of customer care that was exhibited at this dealership. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can see that everyone works together as a team to get the job done. I had an awful and very stressful experience at Kingdom Chevy *DO NOT EVER GO THERE* These idiots gave me a 2012 Jetta without getting the deal funded and after 1 month and 4 days (you read right) and $1000 down payment, they took the car back! After my experience with Kingdom Chevy I did not think I would be getting a vehicle any time in the near future. I was very dismayed. I really had my heart set on a VW and that is what led me to Mike Haggerty VW. Lets just say that my credit is pretty undesirable with a fair share of challenges. I took a look at their website and within 5 minutes of being on it I saw the vehicle that I wanted. I saved it to my favorites, and clicked on their chat box to inquire about "bad credit" financing. I was told that the dealership works with many different lenders. I was contacted the next day bright and early by the dealership. I told the tale of my nightmare experience at Kingdom Chevy. The young lady I spoke with said that I should definitely come by and speak with the finance department. My salesman was AJ. He was one of the greatest guys you will ever meet. He greeted me with a smile and handshake. My visit was more like chatting with an old friend, not the tedious drawn out experience that one usually has at the average dealership. Rocco the finance manager was very honest and upfront, no BS. He worked to get the deal DONE that night, and I drove off in my 2013 Passat! I cannot sing the praises of AJ and Rocco enough. The next time I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I will not hesitate to see AJ. Do yourself a favor, go see the guys at Mike Haggerty, you will not be disappointed.

I went into this dealership wanting the VW Jetta over any other vehicle from any company and I walked out of the dealership with Volkswagen crossed off my list. We told them we were interested in the Jetta and they threw out a ridiculous highball price. We talked the salesman, Alex, into lowering the price and then displayed interest in going up from an S to an SE. He originally said this would only be a $10-15 price difference each month. After he spoke to his manager he said it would be over $100 extra a month. We told him we werent interested in playing games and just wanted realistic prices like we were given at Toyota and Honda. The manager came over to speak with us and insulted our intelligence, told us we might as well go to a Kia dealership, and that if we wanted to know the difference in prices we should go look it up ourselves. Alex the salesman himself was very nice and seemed reasonable enough but the manager poisoned any deal we would have made. I think a general rule of thumb in selling people a product is to not be completely rude and tell the customer not only that they are stupid and liars, but that they should go buy from another dealership. Additionally, the entire time we sat there some elderly employee paced by us giving us dirty looks. If you want to sell cars dont make the customer feel like theyre beneath you. I would never go here again or recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Im now the happy owner of a Honda, as we were actually treated with respect at Ed Napleton.

We have taken our car to the dealership for all of our service needs for several years and consider ourselves very loyal customers. About 2 months ago, we took our car in for an oil change and when we picked up our car, the heat wasnt working and it was blowing cold air. We called and they told us to bring it back in. They said they made a mistake and they would fix it. After that, the heat still would not work the way it was before. I called and complained and they refused to fix it, claiming it had nothing to do with the oil change. About 2 weeks later, I received a call saying they used "defective" air filters during my oil change, so I could bring it in for a complimentary oil change to fix it. We brought it in and they did it. A week ago, our car started making a loud noise, so we brought it in and they fixed it for $60. Then, two days later it was making noises again, and they said it would be $170 to fix. After we left the check engine light came on and we took it in yesterday. They called today and said it would be $285 to fix. I find it amazing that we NEVER had any issues until they did an oil change and made a mistake. I also find it amazing that we have been there 3 times in the last week and every time we leave, they claim everything is fixed. They have NEVER given us a deal! I would make the longer trip to go to any dealer besides this one!

If there was a way to give a negative star rating I would. Do not have your vehicle serviced here, if you do you were warned. Ignoring previous reviews regarding poor service, over charging for pricey services that really only required a quick fix etc. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire got a phone call 3 days later that my bill was $1500!!! I was given a $550 tab for a maintenance check....that I NEVER asked for or requested. They say the work order has my signature except it had no prices next to it! Ive been speaking back and forth with the service manager who basically came back with the weve been in business 25years and heres a $50off service coupon? If you admit no wrong doing after such a lengthy ( who are we kidding here) conversation with upper management or that 25years in business means that there isnt room for improvement you are sadly mistaken. Also why the $50 off? As of that compares to being charged $550 for something I NEVER ASKED FOR! If you must take your car here which Ive earned you not to do, do not sign any documents without checking for erroneous charges and taking pictures of any paperwork given!

This was a fantastic experience. Arshan was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He went to the highest level of customer service when explaining the features of the Passat I eventually purchased. When I noticed and mentioned the Blue Tooth feature, I was very pleased when he volunteered to set it up and explain how to use it, letting me take my time. I felt comfortable and not pressured during the entire process, even when negotiating a price. The finance director, Moe, was also great. He was friendly and made sure all of our questions were answered while not rushing through the process. Arshan made sure I did not leave having any more questions about the car I just purchased, and he told me to call him if I did. He also made sure I had a full tank of gasoline!! (not all dealerships do that). This dealership differs from those who have pushy employees who try to pressure you into buying something. I am comfortable recommending Mike Haggerty Volkswagen, Arshan and Moe, to friends and people I know. Thank you both for your high level of customer service!!
