Very shady business here. My fiance and I had seen a 2012 Volkswagen tiguan online that I was interested in so we decided to go in and check it out. When we got there they were very nice and friendly. Until we started asking essential questions about the car. We asked if the car had been in any kind of accident and they gave is an unclear answer and tried to change the subject. Also when we asked to see the carfax they all grouped together and started to talk in a different language. That trigured somthing for us. They wouldnt give us the carfax until they ran our credit and took the car out for a test drive. We took the car on a total of two test drives. The first test drive my fiance drove the car and noticed nothing. After re-entering the establishment they showed us the carfax that states the car has had structural damage, and another report showing where the damage was on the car. They then tried to brush it off as if it was a minor accident. So we took it for a second test drive where I pushed the limits a bit and the car began to rumble and shake. One guy tried to say it was the tires. We found that very amusing so we took a closer look at the car when we where the damage was done to the car where there was a cheap fix on the side panel was tapped down to the body of the car. I would recommend not to do business here they are not up front with theyre customers just into selling bogus cars. I wouldnt be surprised if every car on the lot was in some horrible accident.

There are dealers that care about their reputation, sadly, this is not one of them. You go to dealerships to buy well maintained cars, instead of grabbing one off a private seller. Well, this dealership sold me a car that almost got me killed the very following morning after I purchased it, as the clutch gave away due to a broken part. I took it for a full inspection and it revealed damages worth well over $1400, or about 15% of the total price I paid for it. One of the employees working there carelessly emailed me the address of the service where Id get the car fixed. After a 30 minute drive to downtown on a work day, I find out he gave me the showrooms address, and that the actual service center was right close to where I lived. Non-professionalism is unfortunately prevalent here. I wasted a lot of time off work, and money that could have been used to purchase a newer vehicle, much better elsewhere. My experience here was very negative, but I had zero credit history, and they were the only ones who were able to arrange a loan (at an outrageous 19% interest rate) for me. So if you have other any options, go for them.

Please be aware of their lies. They might say something for warranty, but they wont provide one. I bought a Honda CRV 2014 from them around six months back. They told me that 1000 miles warranty, So I was bit relaxed after that and didnt ask much questions. I was thinking that if anything happens to vehicle, they will fix it. But within first hour after buying the car and going back to home (Madison, WI), the car stopped in middle of the road on interstate. I opened the hood and tried again, the car started so I went home. I told them the issue and they said you can go to any mechanic and get it fixed. but neither they told me that they will fix it nor they paid for the fix. and after 2-3 days I came to know about one more issue (Windshield water fluid pump not working) and the same thing, neither they say that they will fix it nor they paid the money to repair it. they were blaming all on me that I should have checked all this thing before buying the vehicle. I trusted them and they didnt care. :(

People who ever is reading this review, be careful when buying or financing a car from this dealership, most of their cars are either have salvage titles, junk titles or accident with airbag deployment. Please when buying a car from ask them to pull out the cars history report that youre buying either from "Carfax" or "AutoCheck" dont let them print it out ask them to show it immediately on their computer. Well you maybe wonder who am Im a person like you looking to buy reasonably priced car, but I have a habit of buying car history report so I can be confident in what I am buying. at the end without being said be careful from this dealership if possible go and buy your next car from another dealership even if you spend couple thousands dollars trust me it will totally be worth it.

My husband bought us a van 2 months ago...its now sitting in front of my house with a broken transmission and when I called the best answer is...your husband bought it as is and we waited months for him to bring the money...yeh cuz hello...times are not easy and being that she had the audacity to even say something ignorant like that tells me...they are a bunch of theives. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FOR THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE HANDING PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A PIECE OF CRAP CAR THAT "LOOKS" NICE..they need to work on their customer care skills and I am appalled that they would treat their customers as such!

The dealer was great. I enjoy speaking to them. However, if you plan to purchase the vehicle. I recommend you get your own transport company. The transport company gave me a round around where they are at and "car issue" 4 hours away from the delivery point. The car I purchase had 2 coin size dent them. However, Baha Auto continued to be prompt with their services. They faxed the paper work required to get my my plates and registration within minutes to the auto licensing office. I have to gave a big thank you out to them.

Previous negative reviews are correct. I got a shady vibe from the moment I walked in. I called to see if they had the car I wanted in stock. They said yes I showed up half an hour later and they said they had just sold it. The car had been online for over a week and they sold it the day I had showed and "just recently" moved it to a different lot. They said they had other cars like it that I could see. They either pulled a bait and switch or will lie to anyone to get them to come by.
