Went for an oil change. Was there for over an hour. Everyone was really nice at first, but then they tried telling me that my car needed a new timing belt when it didnt. They wanted me to spend $600 on it. I took it to another place and had a couple family members look at it and they said that my belts looked brand new. I texted the guy at Smiles Auto Group who offered to change them for me and never heard anything back. The auto center itself was also very confusing to find. Plus, they forgot to put two of the bolts back into place in the engine! Avoid this place!

Mr Moore is the owner of the business and he hit my truck admitted to doing it I have several witnesses that saw it happen said that he would take care of the damage to my truck and he never did... 5 months later Ive been calling him several times a week and no return phone call or anything DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I SHOULD OF CALLED THE COPS ON HIM INSTEAD OF TAKING HIS WORD...

Took my car for interior detail, didnt do a good job at all, dirty spots everywhere. I couldve done the same work myself. On top of that one window button was damaged due to too much water on door. I never complained to the guy , because i didnt want to deal with it. Besides the bad experienced the guy was nice.

I think they must be out of business or something. Neither I nor my mom have been able to get ahold of someone, get a call back for months. I just called and the number is completely disconnected now. I bought their hand wax services through Groupon as a gift for my mom. Really regretting this decision now.

Dont Buy Your Car From This Place I brought a car from him and the transmission went out brought it back to him and he sent me to an ally mechanic who tried to nickel and dime me. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
