I went in for a recall on my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee for the fuel pump relay. I explained to the service writer that my fuel pump sounded like it was staying activated and it was draining my battery. they were not sure if that was part of the recall but that they would check on it. I left my jeep in the shop from Monday morning did not receive a call back had to call back on Tuesday morning no one had looked at it yet. They called me in the afternoon telling me the battery was dead.I had to pay 300.00 for a new one I told the writer that called me I just told the other person who wrote me up the battery was dying if it Was related to the recall he said no in a loud voice as if angry. I worked on Cars before and knew that I did not need a battery it just needed to be jumped due to fuel pump relay being stuck.so going back and forth with the service writer I told him I would not buy the battery and to just jump my battery when they were done with the recalls. They called me wed afternoon and told me my jeep Was ready to be picked up so I had someone drop me off when I got there I asked the service writers about what they found nothing was written in the mechanics notes no one knew if my relay was indeed stuck causing the fuel pump to drain my battery. They just got my jeep out the stall parked it out side and left it my carpet was filthy no paper was put in the driver side mat for the mechnic my battery was dead. the good thing about the dealer were the porters extra friendly helped me get a jump and even said that they were just asked to park my jeep out side and no one had ran my truck for a long time just from the stall to the spot out side . The service writers in my experience with working in dealers and taking my vehicle to be services was terrible. I inspected the jeep after I got my battery nice and charged from.it being dead and it was the fuel pump relay stuck Causing the battery to die. A week has passed and stil dont need a 300.00 battery. Rude people or short tempered should not work in service

I walked in to the dealership on Monday because they had a memorial day sale to inquire about a 05 Ford Mustang. Well needless to say the one I can in to see which was 8,995 was not there. They showed me another one in the same color which I ended up test driving and I liked so we sat down to discuss the financial details they wanted 10,940 for this one saying it was because it had less miles. I ended up saying fine lets do it so they started all the paper work. the car had a bad bumper so they told me i couldnt go home with it they would clean it, order and repaint the new bumper i agreed so Wednesday came the day i was supposed to come back and they told me it hadnt been detailed yet nor had the bumper been painted so he told me Thursday I came back yet again and this time I was told I could not receive the car because upon removing the bumper they found the tie end rods needed to be fixed. So i came back Friday and was told it was being detailed and was only waiting for the bumper to finish being painted and i would get it no later than Saturday then Saturday comes and i was told i couldnt get my car because it was still in the detail shop and that they closed at 4 and there was nothing i could do to get the car and id have to wait till Monday then Monday comes and they tell me it has not even been painted. All this and i sold my old car so Im out of transportation and on top of that all those rides back and forward to the dealership was an hour ride back and forward in traffic and a waste of gas i hate this company!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY... I drove 3 hours to purchase a used Dodge Charger. I printed out four online photos with details and when I arrived, I was told that none were really available. My salesperson then proceeded to pull a similar car off the lot for me to test drive. He must not have realized that I watched him dent the fender of the car parked next to it because the cars are parked so tightly close together. I then walked towards him and said, I am not driving this car with a huge dent on the fender. He said he never noticed that before (REALLY??). Another similar car was located on the lot - this time I helped him navigate out of the very tightly parked cars to ensure no damage to this one. I decided to purchase the car and was told that I had the best credit of anyone who had come to the store in months.. Why did I sit there for another 3 1/2 hours??? I was left unnattended in a tiny office while I watched workers walk by. PIzza was brought in for employees and I watched as each of them ate their lunch while I waited and waited and waited. I then inquired as to if I could get a second fab (key) for my car. My salesperson told me to call back on Monday as it was too busy for him to locate it. After 9 phone calls and six months, I still have no fab. Although promised each phone call, my salesperson never calls me back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE....

This place was not hones at all they told me lie after lie....... The salesmen sold me a car that didnt work. The car will turn off on stop signs and red lights. Later on I found out that the car that they sold me was a trade and that they dont check them. Also when I was making my 5th payment I saw that what I was giving them was not matching my account payment when I asked they said ooh its because we didnt put the financing in the initial bill you got when you made the first payment...... When I was ready to trade my car for a better one they said you got to wait 3 more months come back when you have a year with the car....... When I went back they said you have to wait 1 yer and a half because you dont qualify?????? Then I told them so the first time there was no problem and now that I have some credit I dont qualify!!!! Then they started making up stuff..... At the end they didnt help me out... If you are looking for a car dont go with them... I can keep saying all the lies they told me, but I think you guys get the idea. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but you cant rate unless you click on the stars.... If you go to car credit cent we on wester and 7600 you will get a better car for less money also the ultimo precio on 2622 N Cicero Chicago IL these two places are grate they helped me out and they also helped my friends......
