I wouldnt even give them a star. I bought a 2007 Ford Taurus on my birthday, February 28, 2017. Mileage was low on the car. I paid $3200 for this car upfront. As of July 18th the transmission went out. ONLY 4 1/2 months. Of course I called to get an understanding as to why or how this could happen. The response was they sell used cars. No kidding, I told the lady so used from this car dealership means break down quickly. NO WAY SHOULD I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS. THIS CAR WAS MY WAY TO WORK AND BACK AND NOW IM OUT OF A JOB! Of course they dont care. As long as they get the sell and the money. Messing up people lives without a care. DONT BUY FROM THEM.. THEY ARE UNCONCERNED AND OF COURSE WANNA THROW IN YOUR FACE HOW ITS SOLD AS IS! Amazing no dashboard lights to warn me or nothing. Just inconsiderate!! I hate when people just look at money instead of actually caring if their cars they sell is reliable. Like I have money to just pull out of my butt!!

Bought a car from Alex and the engine blew before my daughter made it home. Called Alex and was told by the receptionist that I ruined the car when I put it in neutral and pushed it home. When I got angry at their response they told me to call back when I can act like a lady. I paid $170 to have it towed to their western office which they told me to do. The next day they said it needs a new engine and they would take care of it. Two weeks later they told me they needed me to help pay some of the cost. For 2 months they told me the car was in the shop but mechanics quit and their backed up and this and that. 2 weeks ago I drove to the mechanic who never had my car. I called their tow guy and had the car towed from Western to the mechanic. Now Im picking up my car to find out that Im paying the entire bill $900.

Bought a Cadillac Cts from a guy named Alex, awesome service and very friendly. Came after hours to show me a car that i ended up purchasing. As for their "mechanic" hes trash. They kept the car overnight to prep. Get a call in am say it was just the battery and everything ready to go and in good shape. Ended up on side of rode with a dead alternator. Kept asking why the car said "service charging system" "mechanic" says its because he just put new battery in. 100$ part for alternator as wel as labor for a luxury car and towing expenses. Friendly service, they need to check cars more theoughout. Not hard to test computer and know alternator was trash. Thumbs up to alex. No sense in paying their "mechanic" to do the work he does

I bought a car their back in March and after 3 months of owning the car somehow I did not bother to check they send me the wrong title I did not like the experience and had to pay again all the paper work to get the title. Yes they did gave me like 69 dollars that it was going to cost for the title replacement but infact had to pay 179 more out of pocket more. They are very disorganized. I wished I had not travel so far to get the car a wanted it cost me.

Got a car from here last year and hadnt had it in less then 24 hours and the tire blew out on me while i was on the expressway. End up paying the damages myself. Didnt tell me whats really wrong with the car gave me the run around and my personal information has been compromise from this place and being used for credit applications. I dont recommend this place at all. The cost of work i done as past the value of the car. Please save the headache

This is my 3rd car from my choice auto,I purchased one from Markham,Elmhurst and lastly burbank. Working with this burbank location is a nightmare BUYER BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE ALEX SOLD ME A CAR THAT NEEDED A BRAIN BOX.HE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND MADE A BUNCH OF UNFULFILLED PROMISES. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.THEIR CARS ARE JUNK I BOUGHT MY CAR IN NOVEMBER NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER I COULDNT DRIVE IT.

2004 Buick Rendezvous back in April. Was fine first month, afterwards had problems with overheating. Brought to several mechanics and a list of issues were: radiator, instrument cluster repair, engine cylinder misfire, fuel system cleaning. Estimated cost for all this was close to $2,500 which is almost the amount I paid down for this car. TERRIBLE!

Drove all the way out from Joliet to find out they were closed a half hour early. With no one In sight the vehicle I came to look at was a mess with a flat tire and missing parts. The best part was it was un locked as well as all the other vehicles. This place is a joke Id think twice before Id buy a vehicle from these people

I Bought a 2008 Chevy Impala months ago & i could not be any happier with it the car is great & the staff was very helpful. I walked in the lot & was helped by the store manager immediately. The prices are very reasonable & the cars are in good condition also after buying my car i received my plates with in 2 weeks !!!!! :0

I parked inside the lot because of the rain and when i got out my car a was met by a tall black guy, pants half way down his butt, munching on a large bag of smelly chips, and with a getto attitude. His first words where "you cant be parking like that". I said "no problem" and drove right out. I really wanted that car.

I believe in price/performance when looking for a car... and this is One of the best places to get a car at a discount price. They are super cheap. Other places will charge double for some of the cars they are selling here. I cant believe it. I LOVE my 2006 Nissan Altima i got for $3500!!!

Alex was a total idiot....he was helping a guy who locked his keys in the car, wasnt professional at all, amateur manager and no car selling skills at all....do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere, this guy couldnt sell newspapers let alone sell cars.
