Great experience! Im very young and I didnt want to have 101 sales reps running my credit. I walked into several dealerships and explained to them I would be a first time buyer, they tried convincing me I could get approved for a $20,000 car which seemed kind of impossible based upon my credit and work situation; so I didnt fall for it and walked away. When I decided to give Celebrity Auto Sales a chance, Mari the Finance Manager explained to me her experience with the finance companies and the budget I should stay within if I was looking to apply without needing a cosigner. After finding the ideal vehicle, Mari allowed me to test drive it with absolutely no obligations. After being halfway in love, she also showed me the Carfax to the vehicle (a one owner car, with no accidents or damage reported and 14 service records available) and the Kelly Blue Book Retail Value, showing me how I was getting a great deal for the car. She also showed me an example of how the numbers would look on my contract. Although I was pretty convinced that the team from Celebrity Auto Sales was being very straight forward with me and I was going to take the deal, Mari allowed me to take all the paperwork to my husband and father and they were very happy as well for me to make the deal. I purchased my vehicle February 5th, 2014 and as of today I have had absolutely no problems with my vehicle. I have recommended all of my friends and family to Celebrity Auto Sales because I coulnt be more satisfied with the car I bought and the way they treated me. They are very dedicated and passionate to serve their customers. When Im ready to trade in and upgrade they will DEFINITELY get my business, theyve already earned it! They gave me great advice on how to continue establishing excellent credit and next time around qualify for their banks lowest interest rates. Since then Ive become an employee of the company and have witnessed firsthand that my experience is the same customer experience they strive to achieve with each and every customer that walks in, whether excellent credit, bad credit, no credit, no money down or lots of money down. They treat everyone with the same respect and truly show their customers that they appreciate their business, and most importantly on the rare occasion that someone is not satisfied they will do everything in their power to address the matter and rectify it immediately. So glad I walked into Celebrity Auto Sales.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! This place will be nice to you until you buy your car and sign away. After that they are rude and dont care about you. And the way they conduct business is shady as well. Besides that they will sell you a "lemon" car. Drove off the lot fine. Less than 8 hours later after only driving a total of 4 miles. The check engine light was flashing and the entire care was shaking forward and backwards from the engine. Even though I had a "30 day" warrantee they still have me the run around trying to resolve the problem. Even their mechanic was shady. They dont wanna take blame for anything. Just want to point fingers at others for their faulty vehicles and ridiculously poor customer service. And after getting them to say I could get a refund they said I had to wait until Monday to get get it cause she "didnt have access to the safe" even though they cut me a check. Shady. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THESE SHADY ILLEGALLY RUNNING DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend made an unnecessary rude review on here and I would just like to clear things up. We bought a 2002 Hyundai Santa from them. Obviously a older used car, issues are to be expected. But I feel we got a great deal on the car and they were more than accommodating to our financial situation. As said, issues happened, we brought it to the mechanic who works on their lot, and once again more than accommodating to our financial needs, which I am more than thankful and appreciative for. The ONLY issue we had was we called numerous times to check on the status of our car, and each time we were told "we will call you back" and they never did. But it is what it is because at the end of the day we got an A+ job done on our car for a great price with wonderful customer service from both Celebrity Auto and the mechanic 10/10 would buy a car from them and will continue to go to their mechanic.

The service here was super! I am amazed at how well trained and knowledgeable the staff is. They have a great system and together make a great team. Honestly, when your here you feel like part of the family. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry. Ive had it for about 8 months. I am super happy with it. So far so good, no issues. I visit them periodically to detail my car and to ask them to refer me to maintenance spots that I can take advantage of their dealer discount and I must say that each and every time its an absolute joy. They treat me the same if not better than when I first walked in to buy a car. I am so grateful that I ended up at . Celebrity Auto Sales when I bought my used car. They are the best and I have and will continue to recommend them to EVERYONE! And they pay for referrals! .... icing on the cake! Thanks Celebrity Auto Sales... Best used car dealer in Chicago!

Dont buy from them!! I purchased my rav4 almost a year ago .. The 1st day I left with it the check engine csv and 4wd light popped up. Took it back they said the oxygen sensor was bad. Again after they changed it the light kept popping up about 3 times and then they even keep my car for like 3 days to figure out what was going on. We get a call back sayin they were changing the o2 sensor again. Really? They do that so they wont pay for what was really wrong with the car. So we take it to our mechanic. Turns out the rav4 needs a new computer. Waranty expired.. Of course thats what they wanted so they wont pay for a new computer. Already spent over $1000 to get it fixed. Dont buy from them. Lesson learned. Really cant trust anyone. Celebrity really terrible experience .. Not even worth a 1 star.

I wish there was six stars to give this amazing car dealer ships staff. Hands down the definition of dedication and patience. This is the second car I have financed and once again the celebrity team was amazing. From the communication efforts to the patience they had with me, plus to get everything ready and approved. I feel like the celebrity team actually cares about their customers needs and urgency for a vehicle. Mari and Azuri were very thorough and explained everything to the T. I will definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

I first came across celebrity auto after visiting 10 other dealerships on cicero street, wish it would have been my first, no pushy sales man trying to force the most expensive vehicle on the lot on you, great sales and financing staff mari and asuri made me feel so at ease, found me a great car even with my low credit.. And a monthly car note I was comfortable with , great experience at celebrity no issues with my car .. I have and would recommend this place to all.. If your in the market to purchase a car/truck make this your first stop..
