I needed to have a diamond ring set. Was told by the jeweler at G. Allen that it usually takes him over a week! I nicely told him other jewelers told me just a few hours, to which he yelled that thats because they have nothing to do and he is busy!? Very rude jeweler! Very unprofessional, I could not believe it! Then I asked him when he would have my ring ready, and he would not commit to a time! Needless to say, he did not get my business and I will never be setting foot in that store again!

Always service with a smile as anyone who has ever been a customer here knows.... Custom ring designed & made in a reasonable time and was exactly as I wanted. High quality workmanship on every piece I have had Allan make for me. Personal service is what you get here. Very good!!

Friendly, helpful, and quick!! we bought my fiancés setting for her engagement ring there and he was able to place her mothers diamond in the setting really quickly. They took half the amount of time that several other jewelers quoted us. Great service!!

Always friendly, with a smile and very courteous. I had a Swiss watch with an analog alarm that numerous other jewelers failed to repair. He was able to fix it, in a reasonable time, at a reasonable price. Very good.

The owner is very kind, patient, helpful, and honest. Great prices and amazing service. Their hours sometimes can be a bit irregular so it helps to call before you go, but it is always a pleasure to visit.
