Ive passed this jewelers numerous times but never had the need to shop there. One day my favorite watch stopped so I visited Bartletts to have the battery changed. I was greeted by a friendly woman who stated that indeed they replaced watch batteries and it wouldnt take long. While waiting, I looked around and saw they had a good selection of watches, rings, pendants and much more to choose from. I will certainly keep Bartletts in mind come special occasions where I need jewelery. The service was exceptional.

I have been to Bartlett Jewelers several times over the years. I have always had excellent service and I am quick to recommend them!! Mr Barlett has been there every time and several times have made adjustments for me at no cost!! Very trustworthy 100% left my Rolex with them for service with no hesitation!! Definaty your BEST bet for anything to do with fine jewelry

Went in for two watch band repairs. Very helpful and upbeat - didnt charge me. Unlike the other review I see, they did care about this customer and didnt mind that my son was putting hand prints all over their display cases.

Dont go to the big chain stores and sacrifice quality. Bartlett Jewelers is a great and trustworthy place to shop and to have jewelry repaired and cleaned.
