To start this review a little info. I have been into a few jewelers in the past, to get a watch battery replaced or some work on a necklace never to make a big purchase. I have never felt comfortable in a jewelry store, to me it is like Im at a high end car dealer and I just dont belong... This visit was big and meaningful, I needed it to go perfect. From the minute I walked in Shelby was amazing. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable and she explained everything very well. I was so happy with her service the first time I walked through their door I did not shop around, I knew my purchase was coming from Shelby and Kiefer Jewelers. I left and came back about a week later when I had more time to customize my order. I had an idea of what I wanted when I walked in and Shelby was able to pull it all together. We completed the design and finalized the purchase, I left very happy with the product design. About an hour after I left I received an email from Shelby (my preferred method of communication) advising me she had found the design I had originally been looking for. Included in the email were both designs to compare along with the slight price difference. When I received the follow up email I was shocked she continued to look for the original design after my purchase was made. It showed me she wasnt in it just for the sale. Getting me exactly what I wanted is what mattered to her. I made the changes through email and waited for my ring to he finished. I received the message advising me the ring was finished. When I picked it up it was everything I expected. The ring was beautiful and exactly how I imagined it even before I walked through Kiefers doors. The quality of the work put into my ring is top notch. If you are looking for top quality and a home town feel when making a jewelry purchase stop in and see Shelby or any of the staff behind the counter at Kiefer Jewelers.

My wife passed away 2 months ago and I will never be over it. I wanted something I could wear and have her with me always. I checked lots of places and none of the stores seemed like they had time let alone cared about what I was going through. It was always we dont sell anything like that and dont know who would or these are your only choices. I didnt want what everyone else had. Something drew me to Kiefer Jewelers. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. I told Kayla (assistant manager) what I was wanting and she was more than happy to help. She really cares.She as well as the others there never once made me feel anything but welcome. I know she cared about what I was going through and how important it was to me.The funny thing is she was as excited for me to get it as I was. She told me to find a design I liked and they would take it from there. They created a necklace urn with her ashes and an inscription on the front in her handwriting.. She stayed in contact with me the short time it was being designed always keeping me informed. It really means allot and I can never thank her enough for the experience. She made it a bright spot in an overwhelmingly sad time. Thank You Kayla and the rest of the people at Kiefer Jewelers in Lutz

I am a long time customer of Kiefers, and have always been happy with both the products and service. However, I recently dropped off 4 watches for them to install new batteries. Unfortunately, it appears as though they did not use the correct tool to remove the back of my wifes Capri watch, and scratched the back of it quite badly. One of the watches was my Casio G-Shock. When I picked them up, I was told that even with new batteries, they could not get the watch to work. I took my G-Shock to another local business and was told that one of the four batteries had been installed upside down. 10 minutes and $10. later, I was on my way, with my G-Shock working perfectly. After this experience, I think we will be using a different jeweler for our jewelry needs.

I broke my Tiffany chain at one of the links. I then took it in to Kiefer Jewelers to get it repaired. Had excellent service right away when I walked in the door... I wish I knew her name because she was very sweet. They texted me when it was done a few days later. When I got it back, you couldnt even tell where it was repaired! But, I broke it again about a month later in around the same spot, I wasnt sure. I took it back to the store today to have it repaired again, and I had the same experience with service right away! She remembered me and measured where the break was and said that it was the same spot as before so they would fix it again for free asap! Thank you so much, Kiefer Jewelers! I am so very grateful!

My fiancé and I went to Kiefers to look at rings. We wanted to go and just get an idea of styles I liked so he could pick something for me himself at a later time. At other places, they passed us to other sales people to try and pressure us into buying something that same day, they made us feel badly for not wanting to spend more, and the entire process felt rushed and impersonal. The experience at Kiefer was completely difference. From the moment we walked in the door, Lexi was amazing. She was completely focused on us and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. It was a great experience, I would highly recommend Kiefers to anyone!

I was a bit nervous about going to a jeweler to get a new ring for my wife. I thought it would be a high pressure sales situation. How wrong I was! Alex helped me pick out a ring and stone, and was as nice and easy going as could be. She was very helpful and absolutely did not rush or push any decision. She was sensitive to my budget and didnt try to push me into spending more money. To top it all off, once I picked the ring and stone, their on site jeweler had it ready in a little over an hour! Needless to say I was a hero at Christmas! My wife absolutely loved the ring. Thank you Alex and Kiefer Jewelers!

Lets start off by admitting that Ive bought a watch or two (many) over the years. Id heard of Kiefer Jewelers before, but made the mistake of never stopping in until last year. Upon my first and following visits, I have purchased three watches and ordered one more (and my wife purchased a necklace). I work solely with Kayla, the Rolex (and diamond) specialist, who is knowledgeable, patient and a joy to talk with. if you are looking for a Rolex watch, another brand of watch, or a piece of jewelry for that special one, drive straight to Kiefers and ask for Kayla!!

I went in because Kiefer offers free jewelry cleaning and I ended up buying a necklace from Brittany who showed me many special orders that would fit my needs. She never got frustrated with me and was very attentive to what I was looking for searching through tons of examples. Every time I have ever gone into Kiefer I have always received exemplary customer service and everyone there is not just trying to sell me something but just trying to help me find something I love in my price range. This is a great store and the only store I will buy jewelry at.
