Came in for two quotes on Jewelry was quoted 180 for all services asked for and asked for a quote on a custom piece Jewlry after a month went by no response so I came back to the store they agreed to do it for 180 still no response on the custom jewelry when I came to pick up the jewelry. The work was done pretty well but then the price went up to 230 claiming that the other piece of jewelry wasnt included in the quote I paid them the 230 but now they will not be repairing my three other watches and one other necklace. lost my referral base I always send a lot of customers, very disappointed.ask other local tampa business I send customers, as Im a small business owner too in the local area. So sad could have gotten a lot of business from me.

I have driven by this place a few times and never really stopped because i felt like it was kinda sketchy.well, i finally went in last week and was completely wrong! I needed a diamond tennis bracelet that was literally in pieces to be put back together. I also had a time constraint.i needed it in less than a week. The customer service was exeptional. I never once felt uncomfortable there.And,they were able to fix the bracelet for a reasonable price ,in the short time that i needed it.
