This place is by far one of the worst locations and staff I have ever dealt with in my life. I normally have a excellent experience with this company until I went to this location due to it being so close. I have called and complained to the company as well because we have had more than one occasion of bad business here. To begin they are very pushy with their merchandise and pushed wedding bands on us when looking at engagement rings. They told us with the wedding bands included the monthly payment wouldnt increase, which was not the truth and we wouldnt have included them if it were to raise the payment. (We didnt want the bands at all really) they just sold us a good deal. Or so we thought. They have quoted us monthly payments that are a lot higher when we go to pay our bill, they have also quoted us a down payment on an item and then called to say it had doubled. (Because they didnt do the math properly when they quoted and caught there mistake later in the month when the down payment was already paid) when I called to ask why the payment was higher than what they quoted us they told me they didnt know and couldnt see any of that and to call the credit company. When I called the credit company to see why the payment was higher they explained they put us on a certain time frame to pay off the item (which they never disclosed this to us when they sold the item and gave us the monthly payment we would have) the credit company also told me that they could indeed tell us why my payment was higher, and that was a lie. When I argued my point about the payment being higher and the down payment doubling with this location and its employees they were rude and said that I had assumed these prices. (Not the case) furthermore I will never do business with this location again. They do not know what they are doing what so ever and are simply in the store to put money in their own pocket and will risk you and your finances at the cost. I suggest all in Greenville to visit the Haywood location instead, you will be doing yourselves a favor.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this Kay Jewelers. I purchased a necklace two weeks before my anniversary that I wanted engraved with my late sons name and birthday. They told me that they would be able to engrave my handwritting into the necklace and it would be back before my anniversary. They called me two days before and said that they would not be able to have the necklace done in time if I still wanted my handwritting used for the engraving. It was more important to me to have the necklace back in time, so I agreed to have a generic font for the engraving. The necklace came back a day before my anniversary, but it was completely missing my sons birthday and the necklace was scratched! The ladies there were not sympathetic and said it would be a whole other week before I could have the necklace fixed. So instead of having my necklace on time, I spent my anniversary sad and disappointed. When the necklace finally came in, they just sent me on my way....no extra sign of appreciation for me as a customer or any extra steps to keep me as a customer. The disappointment I experienced from this store will keep me from ever being a Kay customer again!

Ordered a ring offline, when I went to pick it up it was the wrong size. They said they could resize it but it would take 2 weeks I said no, cancel that order and reorder the correct size as I already planned the proposal and couldnt wait 2 weeks. So they did, took my number down to call me when it arrived. 5 days later they called my fiance to tell her the ring arrived. Completely ruined the surprise I had planned.

I came in here today to get my rings cleaned and inspected for warranty purposes. All three employees were very nice and friendly to me. I went to the one in the mall 6 months ago and they couldnt find my information. But this location found it without any problems. The store itself was clean and looked really nice. I will from now on go to the Taylors location over the mall or Easley store any day!
